TLDR; nice store, nice staff, needs to keep up with stocking items better, great deli but quality takes time
Very clean and the staff has always been great in my experience. I would give 5 stars if they weren't routinely out of a lot of items I regularly shop for. The biggest example is frozen shredded hash browns. They are almost never in stock and I have to settle for diced ones or go to Ingles. Fruit punch Jarritos have been in stock lately, but historically it has been such a problem that I started buying it at Ingles because they also sell the larger bottles whereas Publix does not. I get the impression that some understocking is designed to push customers to have to settle for the store brand. For example, Pure Leaf sweet tea is often sold out possibly to sell more Publix sweet tea? Shady tactics like that would warrant a lower rating if true, but I am giving them the benefit of the doubt. While the deli service is friendly and the subs are good, I cannot recommend going there if you are in a hurry or even if you are on a full hour lunch break.

My wife and I shop at Publix not only for the close location to our home, but for the quality of there produce and meats! Prices are good as well, and we find everything we need. Thank you.

This store never has anything, they run out of everything and shelves are always empty. At what point would it be clear to management that more product needs to be increasingly ordered to meet the demand??

As usual when I’m “just running in for a few items”, I end up grabbing more than I should and wish I’d have gotten a cart. I was juggling several items when an employee approached me with an empty cart and simply said “here you go”. I appreciate him just taking the initiative and getting a cart because had he asked, I probably would’ve said no because I don’t want to be an inconvenience. Yes, they have the same groceries at other stores…it’s the customer service that sets this place apart!

I go to Publix frequently I always check their in store ads located in the front of the store they have a lot of buy one get one free deals and also by looking at the ads I sometimes recall things that I need and had forgotten that I needed
