job this last Sunday. Drove up about
1 pm hoping there would be a couple guys
to help me carry box after box into the store. I am 82 and have mobility problems.
II was told Saturday there should be a guy there on Sunday to help.
I mentioned this to Madison thinking I might need to
come back later. She said “let’s get started”
I simply gave her access to my trunk and back seat and she carried every box into
the store and completed the process.
She worked really hard and did everything with a sweet attitude and a nice smile at the end. Absolutely a top shelf experience.

“I’ve always had excellent service at this store. Dr Mike and all of his employees are wonderful, but I was particularly impressed with an encounter I witnessed between Brianna and an elderly lady who was very confused about the process of sending her package. While some people would not have had the patience for this rather lengthy encounter, Brianna was entirely professional, composed, and diligent to see the process through to the end and answer all of the customer’s questions courteously and with no hint of impatience.
Kudos to you Brianna for having such patience and kindness.

“I can’t say enough great things about my experience at the print center today. I procrastinated printing my wedding programs far too long and Bill, the store’s GM and my current lifesaver, came in with a calm, can-do attitude to help me out. In maybe 5 hours he was able to turn around 85 custom size (11x4.5”), thick paper programs. They look perfect and as you can see in the photo, Bill even brought a personal touch with the kind note on our receipt.
The little things go a long way - I will absolutely be coming back to this store for all printing/office supply needs in the future”

When the box arrived, they packaged my guitar and shipped it out. I received praise from the buyer of the guitar by how well the guitar was packed. I would not hesitate to use them again!”
“Good experience at FedEx. Found where the boxes were and received help from a woman working there. They had tape to wrap up the box and to cover the shipping label. Once I was finished, I took the box with the product I'm shipping back, to the counter and was charged $4.25 for the Box, a fair deal.”
