I do not recommend Wells Fargo. They charged me a $7.50 fee to cash their own check. I realize that I am not a customer but $7.50 seems steep. I plan to also reach out to the company that wrote the check and let them know about my dissatisfaction.

I went in to this bank late today after simpsonville couldn't do money orders. Although thier system was down too they tried offering other solutions and everybody was very nice and even offered me tissues after I broke down crying because I was trying to get my car back from a horrible repair place and I couldn't get there in time. Really appreciated the good customer service and help.

Tellers lye to you and won't help you.they won't even let you deposit cash .don't use them ever they are terrible.

They refused to notarize my extremely important and time sensitive mortgage closing paperwork for the sale of my home despite being a WF customer for years through many channels then proceeded to add insult to injury by telling me I should make sure the paperwork was legitimate because there’s “a lot of fraud going around.”

Horrible serviceyou try to report fraud and they say they cannot assist you and then they have an attitude about it.IF you use this bank you are nuts and need to change your bank account. Since fraud is not important to me.

Not sure why they tell you no cashier's checks in drive only in lobby but lobby is closed. So you just don't offer cashier's checks then..Has the be the worst branch in the area..

I'm confused as to why would I not be able to cash a social security check there when the funds are coming from you're bank. Instead I have to open an account and deposit the check. Makes no sense and very frustrating.

Update 3/4/21: Received a standard reply (via the review) with an email address to contact. Sent the email and received a "boiler plate/canned" response that the issue had been escalated and someone would reach out to me. Five days later and NOTHING.This branch is awful. They have ZERO customer service. They treat you like you are a stranger, even though your account has been active, in excellent standing, for almost two decades.Looks like it's time for change... I'm sure they won't care.

they don’t answer the phones. i even went through the actual wells fargo line and had one of the employees call this locations internal line and they still didn’t pick up the phone. ridiculous and unprofessional
