Zensational Zalad was my pick this time. The chicken Is always tasty. This Zaxbys can be tricky to enter but easier to go to light and come from behind.The egg rolls are so delicious!!!

Order online at 5:16 pm and for some reason they said it would be ready at 6:30 pm. I ordered two 6 finger plates and two funnel cakes and drinks. My son picked it up at 6:30 and it was cold and the drinks ice was melted. So, I believe it was ready way before 6:30 and no one emailed me to tell me it was ready. This is the first time we had bad service here. Don't no if I will order from here again.

Really really good fingerz... Great seasoned fries too! Cole slaw is great, and real grilled thick cut toast is sooo simple but sooo good. I'm getting the munchies writing the review. Someone else got buffalo fingerz (sweet and spicy) with blue cheese dip and they were amazing as well. Sooo good!

I stopped to grab something for lunch, I got 1 nibbler and the fried pickles. The picked were soo salty, dipping in the ranch made it worse. I guess it's the breading that has all the salt in it. I've had them before and they were not that salty. I won't be buying those anymore.

I love the food itself but the kitchen staff need to be a bit more detail oriented at this location. I understand the pressure they can be under during lunch rush but making basic mistakes like sending out a signature sandwich when it should have been a club is a bit silly.To the staff's credit they did solve the issue quickly after I brought it up with them and they were polite and professional the entire time.

I order 1 hour in advance usually.I tell them when I arrive in a parking spot. And they send me an email that says success. 10 minutes later, I walked in and my food sitting on the counter. No one ever brings it out lol. FIX YOUR PROCESS!

The order was correct as expected. The issue I had during this visit was the employee's caterer to the drive-thru and the different food delivery companies. I was the only person inside because the drive-thru was too long. Being first inside, was a wait well over 30 minutes. You would think a person inside would be given some type of order resolution. I counted 12 orders that went out to the drive-thru before we received our food. Knowing our order was placed well before the customers in the drive-thru was not a positive experience. I don't think we will be going back to this location. -K.A. Duncan

Used to work at zaxbys and I know for a fact be careful on what day you order your food it's either going to be great and no problem or mildly infuriating while they give you a half completed

This place is an absolute joke. Waiting 10 minutes for food is unacceptable. If I did that in my line of work? I’d be fired or written up.
