🐜🪳🐜🪳ants are awful. Woke up with them in our bed. Every area of the camper. I'm my car... my mom's car ... EVERYTHING. we did spray and got it taken care of quickly. Set out ants bait traps. There was also roaches on our Pic nic table. Other than that nice and quiet place. Ants just make it a wild experience 🫣

Ants are a serious problem here....doesn't matter which site you look at....and I saw a few because there wasnt many campers here this week and ants were all over each site. Treat anything that may touch the ground, water line, power cord, tires, Jack's etc!!!! Good luck!!!

This place is very remote. The camp sites are not as pictured.

Every campsite is level which can be very important to rv campers
We walked the entire camp and each site had that wow factor with stunning views of the lake, BBQ grill, fire ring, picnic table and most importantly, privacy.
Modoc has got to be one of our all time favorite stops, whether for a night, a weekend or a week
My only complaint is they close down so early in the year: right before the fall colors appear. It's strictly a summertime campground.
Toilets: Very clean but small

Nice and quiet camping area. Beautiful sunsets. Plenty of RV parking or tent spots. Nice beach, boat lunch, showers, bathrooms.
Toilets: Showers are free

Beautiful sunsets, helpful staff, clean bath house. Definitely a great destination for a get away.

Tree branches need to be cut back so 'not so experienced drivers' can park better on an unlevel surface.
Turning around at 1 on the spots is a challenge with several trees in the way.
Other than that we absolutely loved our 4 days of relaxation with the sunsets. We will be back again and I'll not hit every branch.

Decent place to camp. Noticed poison ivy on a few sites though. Most sites have ok to decent water access. The three stars instead of 4 is for the poison ivy. Already booked another site for later this year.
