The second we walked in Cain met us with a friendly welcome and asked how he could help us. I told him why I was there and he instantly knew what to do to fix my phone! Thank you Cain!!!

Had a great experience in Moncks Corner AT&T. Nick the manager helped me with my first net signup and was knowledgeable which made the process quick and easy. Great atmosphere. His associates were helpful as well.

After having a very unpleasant experience at a location in Goose Creek, we went to the Moncks Corner store and had all of our questions answered. We felt like we were welcomed at this location and that they truly wanted to help us. Nick is the associate/manager we spoke with. He was very kind and helpful. We will definitely go back to this store in the future.

Moncks Corner Reid Hill store manager is very aggressive and rude, he talked to me very fast during the entire encounter and kept repeating the same things over and over as if I was stupid or hard of hearing. The worst part is during this encounter he was actually training a new employee. I simply came to return two phones that I had over the 30 day return period, I never argued with this man but clearly it was known that my presence in this store wasn’t wanted. I wasn’t looking for a big payout from two old IPhones I simply didn’t want to not receive anything from them at all. This guy was completely inappropriate and I’m not sure it was a racial thing but I’m sure if I looked like him he wouldn’t have treated me that way.

Mr. Cain from AT&T Moncks Corner really was a godsend and took his time and walked me through the process. He was thorough and accurate. I recommend him to to anybody who wants an AT&T phone doesn't matter the brand of phone.
