Everyone I encountered at Stokes Chevrolet was great. They made this an easy buying experience. Tom Greene, my salesman, was very knowledgeable about the truck and a pleasure to work with. The manager, Stephen, was a pleasure to talk to and deal with. And the finance man (I'm forgetting his name) was also easy to work with. They all stayed two hours past closing time to finish everything. I would highly recommend Stokes Chevrolet.

The service personnel were very nice and Amanda the service rep was very courteous and very professional. Lee the service mechanic, he diagnosed my problem and took care of it. He’s very knowledgeable and treats the customers cars as his own. Super nice guy. I would recommend anybody to take their vehicle there for service. Keep up the great service!!!!

Awesome experience working with Anthony!! He spoke on my behalf with my warranty company in an effort to have my transmission repaired at a fair and very decent amount. He was kind, courteous, and made me feel like family although we had never met until the day I picked up my vehicle. He restored my faith in working with auto repair establishments. With Stokes Chevrolet of Moncks Corner you are in great hands!

I had the opportunity to visit and have my vehicle serviced by Stokes Chevrolet in Moncks Corner. There I was greeted by Amanda where I had pressing service that actually needed to be done immediately. I got there late on Thursday and found out I needed a brake job with rotors needing replacement. By noon on Friday everything was done and I now have a place that I have confidence in. Amanda and her service department were prompt and there when I needed them. If you ever need service done at a dealership, I highly recommend going there. Thank you Amanda and the team at Stokes Chevrolet!!!!!

Anthony in the service department has some of the best customer service in a time where it’s hard to find it anymore!He even took the extra time to look up information on a part of mine to see if it might still be under warranty for me.If you have to go to Stokes Chevrolet for any repairs, definitely ask for Anthony in the service department.

Classic bait and switch whether intended or not. Internet sales calls me and tells me to come look at a car and they'll have it ready. I got there, not single salesperson knew I was coming. The car couldn't even start once we found it.Internet sales called me the next day, I raised their awareness to what they did. I asked for the best price on a different car, due to the inconvenience they caused. They never called back.Seems they only want you to come in and they make you wait and wait and then try to make deals.They don't value customers time or basic requests, unless it's to make a deal.Bottom line, they don't care about customer service, they only care about selling cars.

First time getting service done on my vehicle at this location. I want to give a big shout out to Mr. Anthony Rossi, on the service side, he was very helpful, explained everything to me very well, and kept contact on the status of my vehicle. Felt really grateful for his help and everyone else’s help, they truly care about their customers!!

Took the car right in. One of the guys was having issues with his computer but quickly found someone who was able to get the paperwork done. I asked for them to check the tire pressure. They kindly obliged. Every one was pleasant. They were able to fix the open recall that had been fixed months prior. Overall great experience. Quick and efficient.

I was welcomed with open arms! They made the process of getting a new car very smooth. They all truly care about their customers and make sure you are well taken care of. This was my first experience and it truly couldn’t have been more perfect. Shout out to Tom Greene he was amazing! Very friendly. Also a shout out to the rest of the staff that helped me everyone was awesome.

Amanda in the Service department was awesome. She went above and beyond dealing with the warranty company, responding to all our questions, and helping us get our Suburban back ASAP. (It had a bad transmission).Thanks for all the help and outstanding customer service.

Professionalism and transparency with businesses is unfortunately rare these days. Stokes Chevrolet in Moncks Corner is one of the few that portray this with their work. Got a call directly from the service manager offering direct rectification of my issue. They seem to have a new sense of direction and all dealerships should follow.

This is a dealership that truly cares about their customers, both the General sales manager Stephen and the General manager Jayson made sure to come by and personally thank me for coming in while looking at new cars when my vehicle was being serviced.Service was fast, they took my car back right at my appointment time and even had it finished faster than the quoted time. Definitely only using Stokes Chevrolet for my families vehicles!

In March 2023 I ordered a new bolt 2LT which was to be built and delivered in August. I paid a $1,000 deposit to guarantee the vehicle. When I returned in August the sales manager admitted to having never ordered the vehicle and told me that I should not have deposit before the order was placed. He pointed out that the fine print on the document they gave me when they took my $1000 says it is not a contract. (I contend that an offer to sell a vehicle plus a thousand dollar deposit is a verbal contract.)Mr. Butler then tried to switch me to a different vehicle, and would not clearly agree to the honor price on our signed "contract" from 4 months earlier. Mr, Butler promised to check other dealers to find the vehicle I wanted and called me in 2 days. He did neither of the things he promised.They did refund my deposit, but they refused to honor the sweet deal I had negotiated 4 moths earlier. I ended up needing to buy a vehicle without the negotiating position of having four months of lead time, and I paid more than a thousand dollars more than the deal I had negotiated with Stokes Chevrolet. (Without the 4 months lead time, I ended up having to buy some options I would have otherwise not paid for.)I really like the Bolt, and I had an excellent buying experience at Starling Chevrolet across town. Unfortunately, Stokes Chevrolet's incompetence and dishonesty cost me over $1000. I will avoid this dealership in the future.

The Worst dealership on the Planet !Traded in a 2023 Corvette only after driving 16 miles. I wanted to special order a Vette and get what I really wanted , I lost 5,500 on the trade but was Promised I'd get my Vette in 6 months by the Mrg. 3.5 months later after losing 5,500 and a deposit I was told we can't get Your Vette . This is one dirty dealership. They made 8k profit on my trade, they only Promised me the special order so they could make a great profit on my trade. These people are so dirty. This dealership will go out of business I guarantee it. Stay far away from these dishonest thieves. Still haven't even received my deposit back. These people should be locked up.
