WHY DOES THIS STORE ALWAYS CLOSE BEFORE 9PM??
If yall going to lock the doors at 8:30pm then yall need to change the store hours posted on the front door and the information on this app!

This store is a hot freak’n mess. I tried calling the store before I went there and they never answered. I’ve also been looking at the other comments from six years ago up until now and nothing has changed. Problems like this usually always stems from corporate. When employees don’t feel appreciated and heard this is the result you get. The products are great, but they must have internal problems.

This place is always a mess!!! They had no bags today when checking out. When asking for help the attitude from some of the employees seem as if we are a bother, short replies like they don’t want to even open their mouths to speak to you.
Family dollar is soon to open here in Bonneau, Sc!! Maybe Dollar General will have time to clean up after everyone quits going.
I just don’t understood how better business bureau is not involved. It’s such a shame!

I was at dollar general today at 11:04 am and I was charged for 4 items when I had only 3. I told the cash and she said ok, when I got home and looked at my receipt I was charged for 4. I tried calling the store for hours and no one answered but I will be going by tomorrow morning to get the 4th item.
