I love my bank. They're always so helpful and so fast. If yall need anything, go to Rev in Moncks Corner. Mariel is by far the best. Anything you need she is on top of it immediately. Amazing experience.

Ever since heritage trust switched to rev it hasn't been the same the ATM seems to never be in service for withdrawal, the web login always seems down for maintenance and updates, and they changed the credit card system so now it's an out side company so you can't switch between accounts it just don't seem or feel the same anymore even the customer service feels different I'm definitely thinking of switching to a new bank shortly after over 10 years with this bank

If you try to reach them over the phone it is almost impossible or you have to spend over 2 hours when someone will answer, very bad experience.

If you are considering becoming a member...three words for you..DON'T DO IT. In fairness I should say it will work out great if you are extremely wealthy and have a large supply of cash on hand. New members have their checks held for 10 business days which actually becomes fourteen days because of the weekends. Understandable if deposited check was a personal check or from a sketchy business, however when you deposit a check that you receive every other week from a multi billion dollar company you would hope some common sense and/or customer service would come in to play. Furthermorewhen you can prove that the funds have already been released from the writer of the checks account...it can only leave you believing that REV Federal Credit Union is certainly enjoying the benefits of your money in their funds before they release it to you. Shame on me for not researching them further. I will be canceling my membership and going to a credit union that has a MAXIMUM hold of 5 to 7 days. The people that work there are lovely, the leadership displayed in this ridiculous policy setting is appalling.
