“Update: I am updating my review because they did refund the money for my service dog. I did enjoy the hotel aside from the pet fee being charged and lack of elevator. But the manager did resolve the issue without incident.There's nothing like being half blind with mobility issues and a service animal arguing with the desk over the laws regarding a service animal. didn't bother to tell us there is no elevator. This is not an ADA friendly hotel. But if ur not disabled it's beautiful, staff was friendly until I asked if there was a specific place for my service animal to go to the bathroom. Rooms are clean and huge. The only thing I could recommend is having the staff update on ADA law and south Carolina state laws regarding service and guide dogs.”
