Very disappointed!!!First I was told with home internet that I would get Netflix and Apple plus for free that didn't happen because I only have internet!!Representative clearly knew and we discussed it several times he told me no worries you still get them for free!! I feel I should still get them but they told me no unless I also got a phone line when I told him I had another carrier and was not switching still said it was ok?!?!

Incompetence is one thing, but to top it with insolence, disrespect, and a lack of manners, is detestable. I've been with t mobile for about 18 months and there has not been an occasion where I visited this location and did not experience all of the above. I'm done

As soon as we opened the door to enter the young woman behind the counter had a look of disgust, somehow I know she was going to be our "helper". She was very rude, was more concerned about the store being hot. Which it wasn't, she had absolutely no interest in listening to our needs. We left with no resolution on our issue. All I can say is if you dislike your job so much get another one, I saw at minimum 5 help wanted signs at various places. Go back to school if you want a higher paying job. Came home called T-Mobile issue was promptly fixed. After the long hold. Which is what we wanted to avoid, by going into the store. I won't recommend this store simply because management didn't handle the employee, he just left and hid in the back. When in my opinion he should have taken over and sent her on a break.

Customer Service Rep obviously wanted her day to be OVER. She was leaning all over the counter...propping her head up and making us feel as though our questions were borderline inconvenient by giving short abbreviated answers. It was not a good 1st experience for my 14 year old attempting to purchase a new phone. Despite this we still love TM

The employees have been rude and unhelpful every time I've come in. They've laughed at our questions and made us feel silly for even coming in. Do not recommend the Moncks Corner store.

Had the worst customer service experience at the Monck's Corner T Mobile. Walked in to switch my plan from Verizon to T Mobile, have been eyeing a cheaper plan with the same quality of cell service. When I walked in to the store, all three of the associates were social media surfing on their phones, they did not bother to look up to see let alone greet a customer. The young girl who was burdened by assisting me, Trinity, could not nor did not understand when I said I wanted to compare plans and hardware side by side. I said I wanted a bottom line side by side comparison. She had no clue as to what I was asking of her. She tried to do a side by side back up of my contacts and pictures but failed miserably at the task. She couldn't even factory reset the phone when I agreed we'll just start from scratch with the new phone. I asked if she could call tech support to assist, she refused. I had to accomplish the factory reset on my own, which is not difficult but as a sales person you would think she would know how to do it. When I asked to see the manager, trinity told me that I would have to wait 30 minutes because her manager was eating her lunch in the back room.I called the 1 800 customer service number for T Mobile. I was told by customer service that I need the name of the sales associate, the name of the manager on duty, and the address of the store. When I called the store to ask for the name of the manager on duty, she (being the manager on duty) refused to give me her name and hung up on me. I waited a few minutes, called back but they employs refused to answer the phone. So I filed a complaint with the information that I had. The customer service rep from the 1 800 number said that she would follow up on this complaint.I'll give the customer service/ customer retention folks a chance before completely condemning T Mobile. And I will give the real store manager an opportunity to explain to me the actions of her people when I return the phone I was to use as a trade in for my new iPhone.But as it stands, If you want good customer service at a T Mobile location, avoid the evening shift at the Monck's Corner location."Thank you for allowing me to assist you today!
