Went to the automated car wash, my car was under the height limit and the attendant sold me a ticket for a wash. I proceeded through to the wash. The young attendant was on the phone and not really paying attention to me. Sent me through. Halfway through, the top brush snagged my awning on my SUV and snapped my crossbar. Attendants admitted fault and said they should've been paying attention.
The manager wasn't there, so we filled out a damage report. Next day, I call the manager and he's very rude, placing the blame on me for having an aftermarket part on my car and refusing to cover any damage.
I call the corporate off in GA and they say it's up to the individual branch to handle these issues, which the manager already made either clear he wasn't going to cooperate. Terrible customer service at this particular car wash and I highly suggest AVOIDING AT ALL COST!

BEWARE!!! If your vehicle is damaged by the car wash, don’t expect ANY help! They are supposed to have attendants watching to make sure nothing happens, but don’t worry. No one is actually doing that. The vehicle was well below the clearance height and the owner is unwilling to do anything! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!

Vehicle comes out super clean. I have a membership, equipment is great. Everything works great, towels and glass cleaner privided.

Tim at the moncks corner location was awesome. He was the only one working and helping customers while others just standing around talking. Please give this hard working man a raise he so deserves.

My car still had dirt all over it right after I washed it !! Not worth my money . It has happened at least three times.And they are not gonna do anything about it .
