Man behind the counter is so rude every time I’ve ever been in here.
Needed to return a package and needed tape to stick my label to it. He told me I could either buy a roll of tape or not drop the package off. Meanwhile he had a whole roll right next to him, he could have easily let me use it 🤣

Not sure this place actually has a postmaster. Clearly, he's not interested in helping customers are returning phone calls. This location is AWFUL.

Those front clerks have terrible customer service, no smiles, cut and dry attitudes and always looking like they hate their jobs and probably do! Lines are always long and that’s why I do most of what I need from them on line.

If I could rate ZERO, I would! Trying to resolve an issue and can't even speak to a damn human being! The automation SUCKS and doesn't offer selection for all scenarios. Give me an option for a damn human being that doesn't require a number that doesn't exist! What the hell ever happened to CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!?????????

I mail packages from this location usually 2 to 3 times a week. The staff is efficient and friendly. Best post office to go to.

Failed to deliver my package due to "delivery location unaccessible" while I was home. Never heard a knock. Went to the Post Office to sign up for Informed Delivery so I could sign for my package online. They said they don't do that. Apparently, they don't perform the services that are listed on their website.

TWICE I’ve had packages that said they were delivered and they were not, of course you can’t reach anyone and they never reached back out to me after my messages. They are CLUELESS!!!

Mr Harris gave me good service and advised me of the stamp fraud going on thankfully I told him that I got them 2 years ago when the price was still 55 cents a piece but inflation rose them to 68 cents now I’m stuck with 200 rolls

I have had a PO Box for years here in Moncks Corner SC.I send packages to Germany and all over the USA. The staff here are professional courteous and kind. ALL of my boxes are handled with care and they always ask if I need anything else and give me a heartfelt thank you...I feel appreciated!
