Wow 2 personnel in that store who can't explain simply that Verizon screws you over when you pay off a phone. Trying to lower my bill and they are so rude here.. This isn't the first time been thru this here. Even was asked to leave. Time to find a new service company. If you are not tech savvy don't go to Moncks Corner Verizon they have terrible customer service. How does your phone service go up because you pay your phone off. Guess Cameron was in a bad mood. I called customer service and had a better results with simple explanations. I was able to get my billing changed simple.

I've been to this Verizon store multiple times, and each experience has been fantastic, thanks to Cameron, the manager. Whether upgrading my phone, changing my plan, or even asking about accessories, Cameron and his team consistently provide exceptional service. On one occasion, he helped me navigate a tricky warranty issue with ease, ensuring I left with a clear solution. Every visit, no matter how simple or complex, Cameron is patient, knowledgeable, and always makes sure I leave satisfied. This store has earned my trust, and I highly recommend it for any of your Verizon needs!

Last week my new iPhone 15 Plus (only had it a week and a half) froze and would not respond to touch or reset. I was out of town on business and not having a phone was causing major problems. Cameron at this Verizon store helped me a prioritized getting me a new phone immediately and restoring my data. I have never received such great service for a cell phone and I’ve had one since 1996 with about 4 different carriers. Thank you again Cameron. Your kindness is not forgotten and your service should be rewarded.

The staff was awesome. Brianna and Taylor both became involved with helping us unscrew what Verizon customer service screwed up with a stolen phone and watch.They were magnificent.Wish more places’ staff could be like this

Worst customer service ever!!! My husband and I went into the store due to a port out request and when we told them he was moving carriers they instantly went from nice to rude and stopped engaging with us and told him to call the 1800 number
