Stopped in this morning to talk to a banker. I was the only customer at the bank. 5 employees behind the teller window and 2 sitting at a desk. I sat for 5 minutes in the lobby waiting for assistance......no one came by. Headed to the 5 tellers with my concerns and no one had a clue about the WF online banking, but they all use it and not really sure about my concern. Some if the other tellers instead of coming over, they just chirped in with little help. I finally got frustrated and said thanks for your time and I'll figure it out myself. Than a supposed supervisor said oh sir, have a seat and will be happy to assist you when we have time......now remember there are 7 employees and I'm the only customer........I again said I'll figure it out myself. Chalk this up again as another nightmare WF experience! Take your banking elsewhere!!!!!!! I'm wondering if Wells Fargo / WF should change there abbreviation to WTF......just missing the T, but would better explain what you get for service!!!

I was a well Fargo customer and closed my account in this branch because the clerks there kept giving me hard time for my regular banking. I don't want to put my money there with no interest and have them insulting me every I was there. Go to hell Wells Fargo!

I'm not a Wells Fargo customer nor do I bank with them. I stopped here with my bf to go to the ATM. I'm giving them 5 stars due to the ATM alone. I love the privacy of this ATM and how it has its own mini building. Also it's convenient for rainy days, it's prevents you from getting soaked. Kudos to Wells Fargo for that
