zero star . I had two prescriptions to pick up and I showed the pharmacist Eric the coupon I have it in my gold RX App and he says it takes 10 minutes. I will never go to this pharmacy anymore CVS must pick the good workers

My husband and I went to get our passport photos from here. We interacted with Kim and she was just so kind! It is rare these days to get a genuinely kind interaction with anyone providing a service. Kim was the definition of genuinely helpful and personable. We were thankful for our interaction with her today!

The store never has my prescription in stock and you can't get anyone on the phone or a call back. Its a real inconvenience. After 3 months in a roll of not having my medicine in stock, I will be changing pharmacies.

The location in Moore is where we mostly visit and over-all have been pleased with the store and the help we receive when we visit. The staff is friendly and always willing to help should we need something.

I really don’t understand the method of letting someone clog the line in the drive thru. Sat behind 1 car for 30 minutes. If their order isn't ready tell them to pull around to the back of the line or come back later. Take a play from McDonalds handbook for Pete’s sake.

One of the pharmacy techs was talking badly about me to someone else in the back like I wasn’t even standing there or couldn’t hear her. Unfortunately she wasn’t wearing a name tag so I can’t say who it was. I found her to be very rude and unprofessional. Unfortunately Walgreens doesn’t take my insurance. I may have to drive further from my house to a different CVS. I don’t even want to go back in there.

Today, between 9am-10am, I went to pick up my daughter’s medicine and the lady in the pharmacy that checked me out was extremely rude. I go there for my prescriptions all the time and never met this particular person. It only takes one time for me. So with that being said I will be changing pharmacies. Thank you for this one bad experience. Have a great day!

Worst pharmacy ever. Took 45 minutes to get test strips and Lancelets for my grandma. And keep in mind I’m the only person here in the pharmacy. Slow pace, unapologetic ,worst customer service. If I were the owner of the place I would shut it down.(sunny helped us out he’s great)

Showed up to my appointment about 9 minutes late. Doctor isn’t doing anything. Office door was open. Did not want to take appointment and wanted to re schedule it. Rating is well deserved. Very very dissatisfied. Being sick and getting turned away thank you CVS.
