Had a great experience at this CVS! Had to move my RX’S from Walgreens due to not having insurance at the moment (new job). From the first time I talked to Jonathan to get my prescriptions transferred from the time I picked up my prescriptions everything was amazing! I wish I could remember the girls name that checked me out but she was so very helpful she found me the cheapest prices and it didn’t seem to bother her at all. At Walgreens it was like pulling teeth to get something done. I am now a forever customer of CVS in Moore, even when I do get insurance!!! They have a great team!!!

This is the worst Pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. I prefer the Walgreens across the street but my insurance makes me go to CVS. If you call them you will be on hold for twenty or thirty minutes every time but when you are in the store near the Pharmacy you hear the phone ringing non stop with no one ever answering it. They all seem like they would rather be doing anything else. Theirs always four of them back there and only two are helping customers. And it doesn’t matter how long the line is the sense of urgency never changes. My wife went the other day to get a prescription for my daughter. She’s adopted and therefore gets first choice Medicaid. The girl at the counter told my wife the insurance wasn’t any good there. My wife went to the car and called Medicaid. They in turn called the pharmacy to tell them what the problem was. My wife went back in to be told the same thing by the same girl. Then one of the other ladies back there said that she had talked to Medicaid. I mean do they not even communicate.

I had surgery and needed my pain medication. The doctor ended up sending in more because of my pain level. The tech told me I couldn't pick up until 6pm (The medication was sent in around 11am). My husband arrived at 6:30 to get my meds. The pharmacist told him he would have to wait until the next day to pick them up. My husband proceeded to tell them that when I called earlier they told him 6:00 p.m. The pharmacist gave him an attitude and said that she never spoke to me about this and that I shouldn't be on this much pain medication. Please note that the pharmacist had no idea why I was on medication or that I had surgery. She then proceeded to ask my husband if I needed all this pain medication because I had a baby. Not sure why this was any of her business because she is not my doctor, but the unprofessionalism and attitude from not only this pharmacist but the multiple people from other times I've come here, is insane. My husband said they acted like they were snotty girls from a click in high school that all started to work together.

Dropped off prescription on sunday and was told 24 hrs. Came back and they couldn't find it. Then they said its because its a dog and we didnt have his info. I said you could have called me or the vet. Now ive been here 25 mins and waiting on them to fill it. If the girl that took the original prescription took my info we wouldnt have had this problem. I will not come back here unless I absolutely have to.

The pharmacy at this location is horrendous. Between misfiling insurance to being rude and dismissive I do not know how anyone there is employed. Avoid at all cost unless you want to be talked down to by a group of individuals whose combined IQ is in the single digits.

This is a good drug store as long as you don't need a prescription filled! The workers are HORRIBLE & hateful and talk to the customers like they are STUPID! I quit CVS A LONG TIME AGO but moved to a new area and needed a prescription filled. I gave them a 6 month trial run just to be disappointed AGAIN! I will never spend another dime in one anywhere EVER AGAIN!!!

Hands down the worst pharmacy there is. The techs do not want to do their jobs, they refuse to look up information in their global system to see if other CVSs have the prescription if they don't. They would rather the patient call around instead of them doing their jobs.

Everyone is so friendly throughout the store especially in the pharmacy. They go out of theway to make sure you get your medicine as soon as possible.

front store and pharmacy people are always trying hard to please their customers. Recently pharmacy has new managment and looks like everybody is way friendly. Love cvs pharmacy.

Went to CVS today I can’t remember the guys name that checked me in but he was the only one helpful during the visit. I went in for a Cough, chest congestion, cold chills, and sweats, but not one test was performed and just said I had a virus. Joy was the rudest pharmacist that I have ever been in contact with once he seen my disabled veteran ID he started with an attitude and then said they will be a copay for your subscription. I told him that the nurse just took down all the information provided and no co pay was required. He then proceeded to tell me I would have to contact the VA and get him more information than the authorization codes that was given. I have never been more disrespected than I was by Joy the Manager of this location. No subscription was filled either it’s like he didn’t want to help me because it was standard insurance. If was required to pay a co-pay I would have gladly did it but the previous 2 phone calls said I didn’t have one. I will use a different pharmacy from this point further, and will no longer use CVS.

The worst pharmacy. I’m sure they all are like this now, but it’s ridiculous the hoops you have to jump through just to get a prescription. They tell you a time your medication is going to be ready and it’s never ready on time. Then you have to transfer your prescription to another location. I understand times are rough and it’s hard to keep/get employees but, sending people back and forth and not trying to resolve the issue is not cool or good business. I really wish I could find an alternative.

This pharmacy is terrible. There were 13 people waiting in line the last time I was there. I sat at the drive_through window 13 minutes and blee the horn no one ever came. When you call they never answer and cannot leave a message. It is awful!! It is very evident they are not provided with the staffing they need to service their customers.

This is literally the WORST pharmacy I have ever used. If you want to wait for an hour for an already filled prescription, and be treated rudely by staff this is your place.The staff refused to enter my prescription savings card (which I do every time and takes 2 seconds of effort) and told be it would take him over an hour so I would have to come back later after them already taking a DAY to fill the prescription.
