“Five stars, no question. Jeff and the team at Express Oil Change in Duncan went completely above and beyond for us. My daughter just got her first car, and the headlights were so oxidized they barely let any light through at all — a real safety issue. Without us even asking, Jeff knew the car was for a young driver and cleaned them up free of charge. The difference was night and day (literally). It’s rare to find a shop where the people genuinely care — not just about the car, but about the person driving it. We’ll be back, and we’ll be telling everyone we know. Thank you so much!”
“The girl tech was absolutely fantastic!!! Answered all questions serviced my car to the max!! Very very nice
ALL tech’s knowledgeable professional and extremely friendly”
“When I have time I do it myself but sometimes you need quick and on the run. The oil light shines and you realize you never got around to it and your motor is in hell. You don't have time to fit it in, you've got fifteen minutes. They are on the way and convenient. You wonder if it's legit. You wonder if it's schetchy but you are in need. The guys are hardened by inside jokes, hot oil sloshing out and mediocre pay. Still, they show up, they do their jobs and send you on your way feeling confident in your cars ability to putt putt down the road a few more miles. Another time you'll do it yourself. Might even give it a full check up but when in a pinch you'll know where you can go.”

“I just love the guys here honesty, efficiency, knowledge, and respect of your time! If you’re ever near this location, please pull up and have your oil changed here. You will not regret pulling into this location. I’m forever glad that I did, and you will too!”
“I got my oil changed today!!! Keep up the good work I can definitely see a difference in this store with the new manager he is super kind , professional! I will say the lady running it before wasn't very professional and you could see the frustration . I really appreciate the good experience I have had this time ! Thank you for being kind , and making me feel comfortable ! I didn't feel pressured ! Overall 10/10 experience!”

“Took my vehicle in this morning and it was done same day. Huge thanks to Clayton and other crew there for doing outstanding work for me and my car. Definitely will be back!”
“The young lady has great customer service , I had to stay longer than I planned due to complications with a part, they had issues removing. But she did a great job .”
“I had a really great experience getting my oil changed and air filter replaced. The manager’s customer service was amazing and I will definitely recommend them to anyone in need of an oil change or other car services.”
“I've always went to Walmart to have my oil change I've never had a problem they're just that neighborhood store or you can drop your car off and shop at the same time”
“Sometimes it’s great here, depending on the integrity of the mechanic. Other times, not. Recently I had a great experience. Last summer not so much but I came back because they’re so friendly and inexpensive.”

“This morning, I had a battery issue that caused my Bronco Sport to lose all power at the intersection of Highway 290 and Reidville Road. In a 7:00 AM panic, I was trying to find someone to help jump my vehicle when one of your master technicians (I unfortunately didn’t catch his name) came to my rescue.
He quickly got my Bronco started and was incredibly kind and helpful during a stressful situation. I was later able to get everything resolved thanks to a pending Ford recall, but I wanted to publicly express my gratitude.
Thank you for your exceptional customer service and genuine kindness. You turned a stressful morning into a much better one, and you’ve absolutely earned a new customer!”
