He drove out to my subdivision and located the package in a parcel locker less than an hour after my call. Turns out the shipper had a typo on the house # for this package. Amazing service!”
“My experiences at this location have always been satisfactory, but I feel my most recent deserves a commendation. I was dealing with a fraud case and trying to obtain more info on a tracking number that did not result in a package being delivered to my house. The woman behind the counter looked it up for me but couldn’t tell me much. She asked me if I had spoken with a supervisor (instead of me having to ask). She then had me step aside. I had been waiting a few minutes when Jonas noticed and came to see if he could help me as the supervisors were in a meeting. He listened to me taking my problem seriously and was extremely helpful in getting me the information I needed to prove the fraud case. I greatly appreciate the time he took and consideration he gave to help.”

“Came in this morning for an appointment for a passport. I’ve never done one before and had no idea what to do or where to start. The 2 ladies working today, Sue and Tina were absolutely AMAZING. They were so sweet and helpful and you could tell they enjoy doing what they do. Definitely have a new go to post office. They are wonderful!”
