If I didn't had to move my items because of a permanent place I would still be there. The fees are reasonable also. “I’ve rented from here twice. The first time was excellent.
The second time, recently, had some minor issues. I specifically wanted conditioned storage. The initial unit I was assigned to was in a part of the building that had a broken HVAC unit. I had to call several people to finally get transferred to a conditioned unit, and I had to pay extra.
I then needed to get a second unit to temporarily store things for a month. At first, it was fine. When I went back two weeks later, the whole wing of the second unit had a very powerful cigarette smoke odor. I went back three days later and the odor was still there.
Bottom line, check the units before you commit to one.”

“Jed McGinnisThis guy does an exceptional job running the place. The place is quiet and peaceful which I greatly enjoyed. Jed's there every morning and evening making sure nothing is amiss. I stayed with SROA for over a year due to it's affordability, location and most importantly the staff. The thing I appreciated the most was that Jed goes the extra step to help resolve any concerns and I even noticed that they have a pest control contract on location so when I came for the final time to get all my things they were rat free and my mattresses were even safe. I appreciate the exceptional customer service and Jed left a great impression. If I need storage in the future SROA will be the first people I look up and that's thanks to Jed going above and beyond.”

“We just moved into a new house and Lytle was hired by the previous owners to move their things. During the move, one of their drivers accidentally ran over the mailbox and destroyed it. We closed on the house and discovered what had happened. Our real estate agent reached out to them and explained the situation. We didn't think there was a chance that we were going to get this fixed because we weren't a client of Lytle's and we had no recourse whatsoever if they chose to ignore us. Instead, William Brantner from Lytle immediately paid a mailbox company to completely fix/weld/paint the mailbox and within 3 days it was reinstalled and better than new. I saw the invoice and it wasn't a cheap fix either. Moving companies are notoriously shady but based on my experience with the guys at Lytle I would be glad to give them my business if we ever move again. Many thanks for handling this for us!”
