Edward the teller is really nice! Buy I think they need to open the drive thru back up. Very inconvenient to have to go inside to make a payment.

Never really go in a bank no more because the Wells Fargo at this location the atm is down so I went inside I’m waiting in line a customer walks out the guy with the office by the door told the gentleman good afternoon ok so I deposited my money and I walked out he told me nothing and I looked at him dead in the face this is very bad customer service and I have a lot of money in this bank smh you should treat all customers the same

I came in today needing a notary around 2:55 pm I was notified that the notary is also the branch manager who happened to go on lunch and no way of knowing when he will be back or when he left and she will not call him as she doesn’t want to get wrung out by him. Very unprofessional.

I have been trying to open a bank account for 3 days. One day they required an appointment. When I came back, all bankers called off sick. I need an account to deposit a check, and I've got a busy schedule. I can't keep coming back and get told another reason why they can't help and to reschedule. It's easier to just bank somewhere else.

Worst customer service I’ve ever received. I’ve been a customer 20 years. The guy wouldn’t help me replace my card that had been hacked. He told me he got paid to be the hospitality committee rather than actually work.

After driving 25 minutes to get here, I arrived at 4:49 pm to cash a check written on a Wells Fargo account. Since I currently don't have a bank account, I decided I might as well open a bank account while I was here. When I informed the teller that I wanted to open an account, he laughed and told me that it would be impossible for that to happen today. I then told him I just needed to cash my check, and again was told that that would be impossible without 2 forms of ID. Apparently my South Carolina ID and my birth certificate don't count. Staff was rude and completely unhelpful. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS BRANCH TO ANYONE, FOR ANY REASON.

I stopped by this Wells Fargo branch for the first time to process a transaction. The teller was very nice and able to quickly perform her duties.Very appealing bank and good location.

I have been calling for 45 minutes straight with no answer starting at 2:45 and it is now 3:30 and I am still on the phone calling as I leave this review. I have to personally come in to close an estate and there is no way to schedule an appointment and on top of that the lobby is closed. The estate is close to its deadline. If I have to go through the state to get this closed i am going to be infuriated!!!!
