Clean, safe, and friendly environment. Gas was fresh and shelves were fully stocked. Definitely recommend this place. Manager was very kind and cared about the atmosphere and the service we received 7/7 10am. Awesome job!!

They will openly ignore lines of 10+ while doing scratches for their friends. I almost never review like this, but this was terrible. Management/owner really needs to get involved.

One of my pet peeves is being unable to get a receipt at the pump. I have a company car and company credit card. They require a receipt. I stopped at this 7-11 and filled up last night, just after 9:00 PM. Of course, there was no receipt available at the pump. When I tried to go inside, the doors were locked. I did see a couple of people cleaning up. Since I need a receipt, I went back at 7:00 AM this morning. The young man at the cash register said he would have to get the manager. A young lady came and introduced herself as the assistant manager. When I explained what happened, she asked why I didn’t come in to get the receipt last night. I told her again that the doors were locked and that’s why I came back this morning. She said she couldn’t print a receipt from yesterday. Another lady, I assume the manager, came and said something to her. The assistant manager asked the amount and pump number and immediately printed my receipt. I said, “I thought you could print a receipt from yesterday.” She said, “You got your receipt didn’t you!” “Have a nice day”. I told her that I wouldn’t be back. She said, that’s fine, have a nice day. I’ve been in sales all my life. I have always given excellent customer service. I need my customers if I’m going to survive. Today’s generation knows nothing about service and from reading other reviews from this store, don’t seem to care. 7-11, you have lost another customer for good. “Have a nice day.”I just noticed that you are open 24 hours a day. Why was the door locked at 9:15 last night? I thought you were closed. Three other potential customers thought the same thing. What a poor way to run a business.

Yay! This location lost another loyal customer. How about hiring people that don’t say “I don’t can’t care about 7-11 or it’s customers”. I was charged $1.94 for a burnt hotdog WITHOUT a roll. The cashier told me “it wasn’t her problem, I shouldn’t of bought it”. If 7-11 is out of buns for their hotdogs, and all they have is burnt hotdogs, and it’s not 7-11 employees problem, than who’s problem is it?I would love the owner of this location to reach out to me. This location is a nightmare for customer service.

Was trying to tell the lady that the man was ahead of me and all I got back was a nasty attitude. To come to find out she was not feeling well and and knew the guy. All she had to do was hey I know him he's gonna let y'all go first. At the end we talked told her hope she feels better and have a good day and she said thank you and for us to have a good day. It was good before we left

I frequent this location making in-store purchases several times per day. Today a store associate WHO HAS TAKEN HER NAME OFF HER BADGE, and replaced it with “I see you” obviously shows the mentality we’re dealing with (A Complete smartarse). She decided to be rude and confrontational with me today, and told me she doesn’t care if I leave, and does not care if the store loses money or another customer. When are these convenient stores going to stop hiring garbage? Yes, 7-11 since I was told by your employee, “you don’t care about losing business” I’ll make sure I’ll go elsewhere like .3 miles away to Refuel. I WOULD GREATLY APPRECIATE A GM OR THE OWNER GET IN TOUCH WITH ME. And for your employee named “I see you” No you won’t. You’re a liability to the store not an asset. You lose business for your employer.

BEWARE OF THIS STORE. They charge you nearly DOUBLE what the prices are on the products. Once you’re rung up, the clerk tells you “Nothing I can do about it”. Don’t get burned in this store. This is fraud. A store taking advantage of inflation while hiding it at the same time. Well, scammers you just lost an everyday customer to scam me out of $2. Great business move.

Ridiculous!!! went to this store to pick up some snacks and walk into a rap concert going on behind the counter. Vulgar music so loud I just about left to go somewhere else because of the noise. Totally unprofessional way to run a business with direct interaction with the public.

The staff is always super nice but it’s the little things that make this store give them two stars. Even though they do change the outside trash regularly there are never any paper towels in the windshield wash station outside. And their food section, like the pizza slices, are always either out or are all dried up and old.

Terrible customer service... not greeted... wasn’t told what my total was... was told to take my stuff and then leave... when requested a receipt was told I couldn’t have it... but the younger woman was helpful with that one... keep an eye out for the older lady with gray greasy hair who doesn’t wear a mask and coughs that nasty smokers cough a over her hands and touches tour stuff... will never be returning to this location... if the door states masks are required for the employees safety, they should then be wearing a mask for ours...

Rarely come in this store due to the conditions and customer service but like today when I do visit this location I’m hit with a lack of customer service always tries to over charge as well as blatant disrespect at the counter I was there between 830a-9a this morning and as a former general manager of convenient stores for years I would have zero tolerance for how your clerks treat your customers. Here in mount pleasant experience matters and unfortunately it’s a terrible experience every time in this store. I will be telling everyone to avoid these 7-11 locations in town. This review is intended for location on 17 down by the Walmart super center on Joe ingles. Not the location on by 41 on N17

I use this store because of convenience but I know that every time I go in, I’m going to be overcharged. I usually have to go point at the sign and say “look, this is the price you are advertising.” Even they still ring it up wrong.

If it's the 7-11 at sawyer av, in mt. Pleasant it's THE WORSE 7-11 on the planet. Milk for coffee was gone, no plain half and half for coffee, no tops for coffee, 5-6 cashiers standing around loudly socializing, i believe i was overcharged for my food (sandwich were $3 and coffee was $2, my total came to $7)but cashier Just grabbed , crumpled up my receipt mid-sentence and tossed my receipt in the trash, never asking if i wantEd it... want coffee? Go elsewhere... i feel bad for the owners...
