20 years with this company and they couldn’t have been less helpful here.Someone stole my phone and after spending 2hrs in the store they couldn’t do anything what so ever.Saving 70$ a month by switching to Verizon soon ??2 lines with AT&T was $225+ at Verizon the same 2 lines is $150These employees didn’t seem like they cared about losing a family that they could have kept (losing over $3000 a year from us)These employees are so damn incompetent and push to help the next person when the current one hasn’t even been helped ? terrible customer service and zero common sense

Samantha is a breath of fresh air. I hate calling customer service so I went to the AT&T store in person and had the pleasure of working with Samantha. She explained my bill to me and informed me that I was on an older plan and saved me money! She was patient and very knowledgeable about all of my issues and I won’t work with anyone but her.

Never thought I’d say anything like this about going in this or any other cellular business, but it wasn’t bad. Thank god!Jamie was helpful, knowledgeable and understanding. Hit all the right buttons and was a great salesman.

I don’t usually post reviews, but I have to make an exception. I had David who was personal, professional and extremely helpful. He even looked over my plan which I’ve had a long time without my asking and saved me a few dollars. I will definitely seek him out next time I go.

An awesome experience, unlike any other I have ever had with a telephone service. Mark goes well beyond the required efforts to insure that his AT&T customers are totally satisfied! This young man should be promoted immediately!

Mark was amazing!!! He fixed my issue that I came in for and then fixed another issue with my screen that I had thought was hopeless. I am soooo HAPPY with this experience and Mark in particular! He is efficient, empathetic,knowledgeable and made me a very happy customer!!!!

Sales rep helps who he wants to help, if a customer walks in while you’re sitting down watching TV don’t you think you should get up and help your customer not get up and indulge in a random conversation to avoid helping a customer

ATT store Mt Pleasant SC rep Mark was very knowledgeable and patient setting up our too new I-14 with was more difficult by us changing carrier to ATT through traveling contracted salesman.Mark straighten everything out.

Went with my brother who needed a new phone. They took his name 3 times over the span of more than an hour. Didn't see his name on the board a single time and decided to leave after more than an hour of wait.

After calling the customer service line and being transferred a dozen or more times to no avail, I came to the store because often I do that with Xfinity and it solves the issue. Not so much with AT&T. They weren't quite sure how to fix my problem and kind of said 'guess you can try the customer service line again.' What? I asked for escalation to a manager and after 45 minutes of waiting, I at least got a partial response to my issue - accompanied by yet another 800 number to call on my own. That number was just a reroute the other horrible number I had been calling for two days. Not worth the trip into the store for service related issues if even the managers say they can't really figure out how to assist. Who can assist at this company??

I would rank this place worse than any criminal entity in South Carolina, lies, deceit, and all about up sales. As they lie in every other word out of their mouth.
