Great staff and even better prices. You'll pay 2x the price for batteries if you get them at the pharmacy or other similar store. These guys are super knowledgeable and always have what you need. Highly recommend.

Went in to get my mother’s FOB replaced, the machine was down. Understandable, things break. Asked manager when he thinks it will be fixed. He said we can’t find the original box and I am not paying &50.00 to have it packed for shipping. $50.00 it was going to cost me $190.00 to replace the FOB. Management is definitely not his strong suit!

I’ve used this store for about 10 years. It’s excellent. I love the permanent battery replacement policy for watches and fobs.

This location never let's me down for all my batteries need. I ordered (free of charge) set of batteries through my security system provider which turned out to be incompatible. After wasting lot of time with them on the phone I decided to head to the batteries plus in Mount Pleasant and got the right thing with in a minute or so.

DJ was incredibly helpful. I had to purchase a couple of batteries for some optics, and didn’t know what size or type I needed. DJ’s expertise made it a quick and simple process, and for just a few bucks I got out of there with my equipment working and a few extra batteries. I highly recommend going in to see these guys. They know their stuff.

Store Manager Colin went above and beyond to find a solution for my iPhone repair at a fraction of the cost of other retailers. He was extremely knowledgable and highly technical as well which made me feel great about trusting him with my device. Highly recommend Colin and his team at the Mount Pleasant branch!!
