“I always have a great experience when I come to the Batteries Plus in Mount Pleasant. I happened to be there today when an angry customer berated store employees because he could not return his *used* car battery. He was told he had two weeks to return the battery - but thought he could put it in his vehicle and THEN return it, which of course makes no sense to any normal person. The store policy is written on the back of the receipt. Products must be in unused and saleable condition.

I bring this up just to say that the employees were calm, professional, and tried to explain that as matter of integrity, the store will not resell a used car battery. I appreciate that. I also respect and appreciate a company that stands by their policy.”

“Top notch guys helped me when my headlights when out. They were very kind and not only offered to install the bulbs, but actually fixed my car and then allowed me to rerun the bulbs. They really made a bad situation good with their smiles and helpful attitudes. The manager and team went above and beyond and I’m very grateful. I wish I remembered all their names. But I will definitely be back because of their honesty and integrity. Thank you.”

“I've had the luxury of being able to do some work on my car as a poor person with no knowledge of vehicular maintenance. And I've stopped at several different places over the years. Just out of convenience. But every single time I've been here The experience has been much much better than anywhere else. And that's not to say every other Auto parts places bad, they've just always seemed to be particularly helpful and friendly without making me feel like a noob!”

“When you ask someone at Lowes or Home Depot about the lawnmowers they sell, they look at you glazed and say idk.We walked into Corky's and the guys who work there were kind, knowledgeable, not pushy, and patient as they helped us figure out exactly which mower would meet our needs.Matthew even noticed while we were putting it in the car that the drive cable was loose on the one we bought. He ran back inside and got a wrench and tightened it before sending us on our way.Highly recommend!”
