Beautiful store but extremely expensive. So many pretty items...none that were affordable to us gals in our 20s. When we asked why the item we were interested in was so expensive (a generic navy blue sleep set priced at upwards of $300), the woman working informed us it was imported from France. This didn't really explain the price to us. When we asked if the fabric was special or something, there was not additional info. So we left. Great if you have money!

The lady that waited on me was very helpful. Everyone there is very friendly and knowledgeable about the service they provide. As women age, they need help with the bras they need and the ones more comfortable for support.

I had been wanting to go here for a while. I popped in around lunch time and luckily it was not too busy. I wanted a proper fitting and a new bra. I was quickly taken to a fitting room where a nice young lady helped me find the perfect bra. Honestly I thought I would get measured with a tape measure. But she simply asked what size I thought I was and we went from there. I guess I was pretty close with the size I thought. It all worked out. She found many bras for me to try and the size was right. There are a variety of bras with many sizes and prices. I was very happy with my purchase and my experience.

Fantastic bras and fittings! High-end bras come with a hefty price tag, but they will last YEARS. Plus, you're supported the way you should be. I had a fitting with Tess yesterday, and she was phenomenal! Quick to find what I needed, gave me great recommendations, and knew when it was time to give me some space. I will definitely go back and ask for her help again!

Nora was amazing! She listened, knew exactly what I needed, presented 4-5 options but she was so good at what she does that the first two options were the ones I purchased. Beautiful products, perfect fit, great experience overall.

I came here the other day for a bra fitting. This is a sweet little store off Coleman Blvd I've been meaning to try for a long time. I was amazed by all the cute lingerie and pajamas for sale as well as everyday bras and underwear. I was promptly greeted by an employee who went back in the dressing room with me (both of us masked and vaccinated) to try on new bras. She knew right away, without even using a tape measure, what size might fit me (and that's no easy task!) She went out and grabbed a few bras for me to try, all of which fit very well. In the process, she provided me kind tidbits of information about what to look for when bra shopping and how to take care of bras over time. I found one I really liked that seemed absolutely perfect for every day use, only to discover it costs close to $200. I was told this bra would likely last me 5-6 years. During different times, I would purchase this, but right now it's not an option for me. Overall, I say this is a lovely store for unique items for bridal showers or special treats for yourself, but I am not sure it is for "everyday" (for most people). I certainly suggest stopping in if you've never been before. The employees are very nice!

Ladies! (And thoughtful, or ehhrrrm... hopeful husbands)... this is beautiful store with extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff. I took a friend's recommendation and visited right away for a fitting and a new "intimate wardrobe". Sweet Caroline greeted me at the door and within two seconds of looking at me (wearing a thick sweater and scarf) was able to tell me my bra size. I corrected her and told her the correct size I "knew" I was. Turns out she was right. I walked out of there with gorgeous new pieces and I would have bought more If they had more in my size. That's my only critique- I felt they were running a bit low on inventory in my size. However, in their defense- they informed me that they were getting their spring collection in soon. The "bits" are definitely not cheap "lace" - as you will likely spend $60+ on a bra but honestly, "you are worth it" ... life is too short to have ugly lingerie. And also, they do have a very nice sales rack... (pun intended)

I wish I could remember the person I was working with... my brain was probably a bit frazzled as I went in... it's a little weird (at least for me) to go in and ask to get fitted for a bra. Anyway, I went in, with a dress that I had bought for an upcoming family photoshoot. Realizing I hadn't bought a bra since pre-baby and still breastfeeding (just saying it like it is!) I knew my old size wouldn't work. In case you're wondering, they basically go in the dressing room with you and help you figure out what size you are... is it a bit intimidating... sure, I don't regularly take my clothes off for others LOL! But, she made it as painless as it really could have been, keeping it light and asking relevant questions (like how long it had been since I pumped, because obviously that would play a role). Anyway, I walked out with a bra that worked great with the dress and finding out I was definitely a few cup sizes different than what I had in my closet. Do I love the bra? Eh, honestly, not really, it's not that comfortable, but did it serve the purpose and hold the girls up for the photoshoot? Yep. So... if you're looking for a bra fitting and nice people, this is a great place to go. There are probably more comfortable bras there, but also, I needed a specific one for how my dress fit.

Erin and her team are nothing short of amazing. I go in to buy gifts for my wife reguraly. The staff is always ready to help with a smile, and the business doesn't feel like the standard corporate chain such as Victoria Secret. There are unique products, and items with knowledgeable staff ready to assist. I highly recommend Bits of Lace.
