“I have heard a lot (of good) about this place but never needed to go in there. I have an 8-year-old home where much of the materials were sourced through Guy C lee. Let's just say my builder has offered NOTHING to support my warranty issues after we closed. HOWEVER we had a few expensive windowpanes and other products that went bad. All it took was one call to Guy C lee and they stepped up and went the extra mile and took care of the warranty claims quickly and efficiently. If you go into the store, you will see courteous and competent employees who are eager to help. Thanks for all that you do !!”
