“Phil/Phillip was beyond exceptional and HONEST. Other collision places wanted to charge me for several things that were just not necessary. I had a minor fender mender that dented my rear plastic bumper. Some said there could be interior damage or that the black bumper needed to be replaced because the clips. He repaired my car to almost perfect for No CHARGE. I'm left with a small dent and 2 small black dings that he touched up.

“Safelite in Mt Pleasant did an excellent job replacing the windshield. The aftermarket windshield first replacement was not sufficient to handle the heads-up display. The manager at Mt Pleasant was easy to work with and got an OEM windshield, which was replaced, and handled the heads-up display without any problems. Very easy to schedule, and the work was accomplished in a very timely manner.”

“Kevin had been in touch with me for over a week to help find a new windshield for my 2026 vehicle, which wasn’t easy to source. He kept me updated throughout the process and let me know as soon as he was able to get one delivered. Whenever I asked for an update, he responded quickly and clearly.
He came to my home, installed the windshield right in my driveway, and handled the calibration on the spot. The replacement was done quickly, but with great attention to detail. Overall, excellent service from start to finish. 5 stars!”
