We ran in to grab a few things and went through the self check out but the system was giving me trouble so I asked the guy working there for help. "Shaun" was very irritated that I needed assistance and made a very loud sigh as well as rolling his eyes at me. When he started to speak he was very curt, accusatory, and rude. The system still wouldn't work so I suggested that maybe he check me out at a register. Of course that further upset him to the degree of him once again getting an attitude with me and shaking his head in annoyance. I tried being understanding and kind but was baffled at his reaction to doing his job. Super unfortunate that our visit was such a horrible one.

Shaun is just plain rude. What's his problem? I saw him giving attitude to a woman with a toddler and another child with her. That's how you guys treat mothers? Shame on you Shaun! If you don't want to help people and do your job go find a job to work from home. You jerk you shouldn't be in customer service. ZERO STARS SHOULD BE GIVEN

The absolute worst pharmacy I've ever experienced in my life just got a screaming match on the phone with the pharmacist cause she was so nasty and rude to me. I was told my prescription will be ready in two hours yesterday. Never got a call or text. I got a text today saying that a prior authorization was still needed so I called to ask about it. The pharmacist was incredibly rude and said call back in two hours and I said no please explain to me what's going on and she said I told you that prescription was on back order and then I said why did someone tell me it would be ready in two hours yesterday and she snapped at me and said that's why I said to call at 2:00 cause we will know if it came it. Still makes no sense why I got a text saying they were waiting on prior authorization? And why did someone say it would be ready if they didn't even have it in stock? All questions I tried to ask but couldn't cause she talked over me the whole time. Name was "tade" (not sure about spelling). Other one was Mikaela who wouldn't give me the time of day when I first called and tried to explain to her I didn't need prior authorization. She didn't even have my account up or try to look further into it. This is not my first bad experience. They are ALWAYS nasty and have such an attitude. One time when I mentioned that I got a text that my prescription is ready, I was yelled at because I was supposed to know that I shouldn't listen to the texts because they're usually wrong. Awful, awful. Avoid at all costs! The one exception is for the main pharmacist who is if she is still there is amazing and so chill. EVERYONE ELSE PLEASE FIND A PROFESSION THAT DOESN'T INVOLVE DEALING WITH CUSTOMERS!

We are fortunate to have a fabulous prescription plan, Express Scripts, through the State of Maryland. That being said, we are limited to those pharmacies in the Caremark network. Though Express Scripts is offered at many store pharmacies and large chain pharmacies, we found the lowest pricing at CVS. With a store less than 1/2 mile away, we transferred our prescriptions from Publix to the Ben Sawyer location. This is a high energy operation with a pharmacy that's always busy. I've always found the pharmacists friendly and helpful. The support staff, efficient. It doesn't hurt that the pharmacy has a drive-up window. To be honest, I'd throw out the long receipts and avoided the entire retail portion of the store as I noticed that just about everything was marked up at least 35-40% over the cost of the same item in Walmart, Publix and Harris Teeter. Well, that all changed when I obtained an EasyCare Rewards account, downloaded the CVS application and started renewing our meds on line. I started paying attention to the deals and rewards which I would load to my EasyCare card/account. Before long, I was getting digital coupons for 40% off, $5.00 off, etc. Now, I check the deals every week. I'm amazed at what I've saved over the past two years. Even if you don't use CVS for your prescriptions, get an EasyCare card/account and start saving on your favorite products. You'll love it!

This CVS location on Ben Sawyer Boulevard in Mount Pleasant is a great place to go for everything that you need when you are in the area and you need to make that stop. I have been happy with all of the purchases that I have made from here.

I've seen horrible treatment towards elderly customers here. Previously, an elderly woman wanted her 2nd Covid shot but had forgotten or misplaced her card- the pharmacist WOULD NOT help her. No solutions, suggestions nothing. Today an older gentleman accidentally picked "no" as to whether he wanted a receipt for his prescription. He then realized he needed it since his pharmacy card (FSA) didn't work. The pharmacy told him to go to the front register where a woman told him it would be "too hard" to go through the receipts. What??? Another man and I in self-checkout (of course) were horrified. I'm moving all of my prescriptions from here. We are all overworked but to treat people like this is just shameful.

I would give it NO stars if possible!! They "pretend" they are having work done on the floors just to put a sign up in the drive through window so they don't have to wait on you via car. I called and sat on hold for 30 minutes. I even have the screenshot to prove it! The pharmacist told me (2:30 pm) she'd have ALL of my prescriptions ready by 5pm. I got there at 7:30 and 2 of my meds were not filled, AND out of stock...which I was NOT told in advance when I could have done something about it!! By then it was too late for me to contact my doctors office for a whole new prescription!! They are rude and inept. Worst "pharmacy" around....and don't let the "pretty" corporate pics fool you. This place is NEVER that clean or "pretty". Don't Go Here!!! Save yourself the headache and grief....Walgreens is ALWAYS better (and NO I do not work for Walgreen).

Sign says they close at 10pm and they wouldn't let me or other people in at 9:15pm. The guy inside just shrugged his shoulders and said they closed. Update your signs and what it says online if thats the case!

Worst customer service ever. Always rude. Actually had to go behind the desk once to pick up my pictures because after 5 minutes I literally could not find a staff member present.

Pharmacist was rude and unable to give an explanation as to why my routinely filled medication would now take three days longer to fill. This after calling early in the week to confirm my medication was scheduled to be filled as it routinely has been for months. Unreliable service for maintenance medication during COVID is not only irresponsible it also effects work schedules. I do not recommend this pharmacy each staff member has a different answer none of which can be relied upon.

I can’t believe this place has such low stars. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. When I informed the pharmacist that I had no insurance, she got me an unbelievable discount on a very expensive prescription. Five stars!!

This review is long overdue! A while back, I was visiting my parents and had forgotten a prescription at home. I called this pharmacy and they helped me sort it out so that I could transfer the prescription to them temporarily. I appreciated their responsiveness, and they had the prescription ready the same day I called. Thank you so much! I think this CVS is the closest to my parents' house, so I'm glad I didn't have to drive any further. I will come back here in the future if I need more pharmacy help while I'm visiting my parents.
