Worst shopping experience ever. My roommates and I, all young adults in college aged 18-20 walked in to go shopping while our other roommate went to the minute clinic for allergy testing. Immediately we were followed around by a worker in the store. We couldn’t have been in there for more than 10 minutes before that worker called her manager to tell us that we needed to leave our bags at the front of the store. I didn’t have a bag, only one girl had a bag, and she explained that it held her EpiPen and her other medical supplies. She was told it didn’t matter and it wasn’t allowed. There were plenty of women in there with purses. We went outside of the store for 10 minutes because our driver was still in the clinic. We gave the bag to one roommate who stood outside while another roommate and I went back into the store to finish our shopping. When we walked back in, we were immediately followed again, and about 5 minutes of us being there, the manager came up to us again and told us we had to leave if we weren’t buying anything and we had been in there too long. We hadn’t even been there for 20 minutes combined, we had no bags, and had stuff in our hands that we were actively going to purchase. We were cornered in an aisle by the two workers and were extremely rude to us. We purchased our stuff and left. When we left the workers came outside to made sure we were not still there. The roommate who went to the minute clinic also had a bad experience because the allergy testing that she signed up for online was not actually available but she still had to pay for the service that she didn’t receive. I actively work as a manager at a retail establishment and would never dream of treating my customers with such hostility. We were obviously targeted because of our age. No one else in the store was followed. We were followed to every aisle. We were not being disruptive either, just excitedly looking at the Easter decorations for sale. Get better management and workers. You are loosing paying customers with your foul attitude.

Taylor from the pharmacy was such a pleasure to work with and answered all of my questions. This was the best CVS experience I’ve had - more personable than most of the others I’ve been to. I will be back and will reccomend this location to others!

Trying to call the pharmacy since they switched phone systems has become so unpleasant. When calling a store I should not have to go through 4 prompts to end up just leaving a message to never get a return call. The store itself is not bad. This is more a review for corporate since I know it is their policy and they track reviews.

Never open at night like hours online state…I drive out of my way to visit and always disappointed to find the lights on and doors closed. Once you walk up to the door the hours state they close at 7pm everyday!

Absolutely horrendous customer service. Woman whom I’m guessing is management began to get a tone when I was simply asking a question. I arrived around 7:30 which is well into half an hour of them being open and she seemed extremely frustrated that a customer was in the store bothering her during working hours. You can clearly tell she hates her job and lacks friendliness and customer service. It’s baffling that a 3 minute encounter can leave such a poor, lasting impression. (UPDATE) after reading further reviews, I’m one of many who had the unfortunate experience of this employee. CVS should be ashamed to have her representing their company at face value.

Do NOT interrupt miss Jennifer’s morning routine with your questions as a customer. I asked her if they sold stamps and it was like I asked her to audit her most recent taxes. Very disappointing. Maybe having a bad day but still.
