Worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to and the pharm tech Cora rolled her eyes at me, shouted out my PHI in front of the store, and made fun of my medical condition while closing the pharmacy early.

I went to this CVS today 5/15/25. It was late when I arrived, but the door opened and let me in. I was looking around trying to decide in the best product for a situation I was having. A very rude man came up to me and asked sternly if he could help me find anything. I said no. He said harshly we are closed that is why I asked. I laughed a little and said oh the door opened and let me in. He replied with I know we were open then we are closed now. I said ok. He wakes off. I then continued to decide what I wanted. I realized I wanted one more thing, and thought it would be quicker to ask him at the front. As I was approaching the front he started turning the lights off. I asked him do you have sterile water. He said harshly, and rudely no we don’t! I kind of was stunned and looked at him with shock then to the side and said ok. He then became aggressive and said you say that like you don’t believe me and that is odd!!! I paid for my items and left the store. What a very rude entitled acting person! I was in scrubs as I work in the medical field and usually there is some professional courtesy! There should at least be courtesy of being a customer, or least being another living person! Terribly rude man that made me not only feel uncomfortable, but unsafe to even be in the store!!!

The store was clean and well stocked. Both the associate, Courtney, and the manager on duty, Tim, were very helpful and friendly. I found everything I came in looking to get and more. It was a great experience!

I was told to pick up my prescription after 3 pm. I arrived at 4 to the pharmacy closed early, something they didn’t mention when they gave me the time to pick it up. There was still a pharmacy employee there and he said he couldn’t help me because it was “company policy” that he couldn’t lift the shutters once they lowered them - this was a lie. He literally walked away while I was speaking. And this isn’t a “she was cussing out the the employee so he was within his right to leave” situation - I asked what I was supposed to do when it was a time sensitive request and he just walked away.
The prescription was not for something innocuous or trivial. I really needed help and he couldn’t have been more rude or callous. I drove 20 minutes over ice and snow to get there and he told me to “come back tomorrow” knowing full well how difficult it was to get there in the first place. I have never felt so disrespected or undervalued as a customer and patient. I’ll be reaching out to corporate to file a formal complaint.

We brought a disposable camera in 4 months ago to get photos developed and I just called and said they are not here yet but when we brought it, they said it would only be be 2-3 weeks. It’s now been four months. The lady was not friendly or helpful. She did not seem to care at all or take any responsibility. So now we have no way to get these photos. Very disappointing. I believe they lost it or never actually sent it out to be developed.

This CVS must be under new mgmt? I haven’t been in a while but just ran in for my RX and a few items…the pharmacy was super helpful and didn’t have to wait long. The store itself is much cleaner…aisles in order, shelves are better stocked and tidy. No trash spilling in outside bin. The guy who checked me out smiled and was very helpful, great customer service. I don’t normally leave reviews but like to give credit where it’s due.

I have been using this pharmacy for more than 15 years. Due to chronic illness, I take several high strength meds. They always act like you abuse your meds. Ridiculous. This week, they told me to call bk on the 10th for my refills. Called back on 10th. Then they said no, it'd be the 11th. Called the 11, then Ian said sorry it's actually the 13th. I have enough to wait until the 13th. The issue is they don't seem to know when you call exactly when you can fill it, and it's almost impossible to get thru on the phone. I live 45 mins out, so fortunately, in my current working environment, I get to make my schedule. Since my pain is so bad, working and driving are a real chore. I made my schedule by what they said so didn't have to make extra trip. Not to mention the cost of gas. Point being I know they have like a 2 day windows before actual date that they can do refills. The need to quit treating people like they are up to no good. I don't even have a problem showing them I have exactly the number I should, just quit treating us badly. I don't know if I will continue using them after this. Waiting to see how feel next week! They also gave my physicians pa a hard time. She was new to the office. She wrote my prescription a couple of months ago and they wouldn't fill until talked to my dr.even though she had provided the required documents.

Seriously? The published hours state they are open till 10 pm EST??? It is 9:31 PM… and the lights are on, but the doors are locked down! Closed Already??? WTH, and NO SIGN TO EXPLAIN… I am SO DONE WITH CVS! This is the 3rd time here …I only post so others can know to avoid this place!! It’s raining and I drove here, and I parked for NOTHING.

Workers are not very professional or knowledgeable about Medicare programs. Passes customer off to each others. No knowledge at all concerning their OTC Programs with Medicare.insist they have no way of checking balance of customer account.Have used it their in past so Program does exist but vlerks insist they couldn't help me in very unprofessional fashion.
