Workers are not very professional or knowledgeable about Medicare programs. Passes customer off to each others. No knowledge at all concerning their OTC Programs with Medicare.insist they have no way of checking balance of customer account.Have used it their in past so Program does exist but vlerks insist they couldn't help me in very unprofessional fashion. Very prejudice. They will also refill a prescription that's very expensive charge your insurance and never notify you to pick up. No longer use this company

Terrible. Took over an hour to acknowledge they got an rx from an urgent care right across the street. My son had to sit and wait for 80+ minutes while others came in and had to wait 30+ minutes. There was five staff members at a time, so no reasonable explanation. Drive through was closed during open hours. I did not want to spend my evening around contagious people, but we had no choice. Rude staff, no apologies. Just incompetence. Save your sanity and go to Walgreens across the street.

Awful pharmacy. Zero communication. Impossible to reach anyone and never fill things on time. Never call with out of stocks. Avoid at all costs especially if you have someone on hospice.

When the sign says walk ins welcome for Flu AND Covid shots , they should probably check with each individual pharmacy !!! I went in to get both , but only flu walk ins are available!!! If I'm getting one, why can't I just get both? The person said to keep it more organized. Really? What about customer service and support? So I asked him if there were Covid shot appointments available within the next few minutes, he just said probably not and didn't even check!! Now I remember why I moved all of my scripts (and there are a lot of them) to Costco!! Do better CVS! And by the way, here is the sign that says walk ins welcome !!! Now I have to come back tomorrow!!

Printed pictures off in the store, only to get home to have 3 out of the 12 pictures. People just aren’t vigilant at their jobs. It causes customers to spend their time and gas to complete THEIR jobs.

Walked in for a flu shot, as walk ins are advertised, at 1:15 and they said they could not administer due to lunch at 1:30. You would think a health care provider would care more to administer vaccinations to the public. I understand you're busy, but maybe if you utilize available preventatives, you'll be less busy in the upcoming months. Wasted my lunch break and missed time with my baby.

Terrible service, without a doubt, the worst CVS store in Mount Pleasant. There is a lot of delay in serving customers and delays in the delivery of medicines. I am seriously considering transferring my medications to Walgreens.

Don't even bother with this pharmacy. Zero customer service and the wait for a prescription is ridiculous. Close the place and try and salvage your reputation CVS. Walgreens here I come!

CVS is the WORST!!! Pharmacy in the country. I've been waiting to speak to a pharmacy person for 3 times 15 mins each and then someone picks up the phone and then just hangs up!! Wow great customer service CVS!! Do better!!

I would give this CVS no stars if I could. This store randomly shuts down whenever they feel like it. I stopped by there today 6 and a half hours after my prescriptions were called in to pick them up and the drive-thru had a sign on it that said it was closed and the FRONT DOOR was locked with a sign that said "Go the to the Drive Thru- Front Store Closed!" The store is locked at 4:30 today on a Friday! There are a lot of volatile people in the Drive-Thru line who are very upset that the people inside the store are ignoring them. I will never use this store ever again! They have not even started filling my prescriptions which they have had for 7 hours today and there's one on Wednesday that they have not even bothered to fill either. I called corporate CVS to lodge a complaint and they could not get them to answer the phone either.They have for months also had signs on the Drive thru window claiming their AC is broken and they can't open the window. And when I walk in the store the AC is cranking. Close up guys-- you are an embarrassment to your brand.

Pharmacy is ALWAYS a total cluster. Went today to find a sign on the drive-thru window stating "Come Inside Drive Thru Closed". Walked up to the front door and there is a sign that reads "Front of Store Closed, Use Drive Thru for Pharmacy". Now I've been sitting at the Drive Thru window for 20 minutes without being helped.

A masterclass on how to make it impossible to do business with someone. Pharmacy is always understaffed, phone wait times are long, plus no communication about items that are out of stock even when they say they will call when in stock. I will happily drive farther to avoid this place, and I think you should do the same.
