If they're was a way to give ZERO stars i would. They locked my partner in the store trying to leave 5 minutes early. Smh. Stop hiring kids to do adult work. Like making sure a store is empty before leaving. It's a good thing I was sitting in the car!! 🤬

I was making a door dash order and the app told me I had to go to the checkout lane to shop for an item. The old lady cashier was extremely rude by repeatedly asking for name despite trying to explain by showing the photo and she told me look for the item by myself instead because she kept thinking it was a pick up. Eventually she understood but it was clear she was annoyed she had to do her job

Just had the ugliest pharmacy tech help me. When I asked her name, she hung up on me. Whatever happened to customer service. I wasn’t being nasty to her. Just asking simple questions and trying to explain how CVS has done things in the past for me. Everything I said she mimic me in the nastiest way. While I could hear her coworkers encouraging the behavior and laughing. Dealing with staff like this makes every interaction with CVS suck!!!

Went on my lunch break 15 minutes before their lunch break and had to change some insurance information which the pharmacist didn't look happy about. She stated it would be a few minutes, came back at 1:30 (their lunch time) and said their computers were shutting down (conveniently) and I had to come back after lunch. Biggest inconvenience and I needed my medication before the end of the day (when I get off and will be able to go back.) I'll never fill another prescription there!

Go ANYWHERE else but this pharmacy. I would give 0 stars if I could. This is the absolute worst pharmacy I've ever seen. I've had so many terrible experiences here that I've finally decided to switch to another pharmacy where I pay more and drive farther. Every month, it's a hassle to get my 1 prescription- there's always something going wrong. The wait times are terrible and it's rarely ready for pickup when they tell you it's ready over the phone or online. Sometimes they will tell me it's ready for pickup, then when I get there, they say it's completely out of stock and I can't get it at all. It just seems to be a mess at this location and the customer service is non-existent. However, the associates were always very nice from my experience. It just seems the management and processes here are atrocious and they don't seem to care or do anything to fix it.

Bill is always friendly and helpful when I’m trying to find a specific brand or product. The store is well organized. I highly recommend this CVS location!

Shaun is just plain rude. What's his problem? I saw him giving attitude to a woman with a toddler and another child with her. That's how you guys treat mothers? Shame on you Shaun! If you don't want to help people and do your job go find a job to work from home. You jerk you shouldn't be in customer service. ZERO STARS SHOULD BE GIVEN

We ran in to grab a few things and went through the self check out but the system was giving me trouble so I asked the guy working there for help. "Shaun" was very irritated that I needed assistance and made a very loud sigh as well as rolling his eyes at me. When he started to speak he was very curt, accusatory, and rude. The system still wouldn't work so I suggested that maybe he check me out at a register. Of course that further upset him to the degree of him once again getting an attitude with me and shaking his head in annoyance. I tried being understanding and kind but was baffled at his reaction to doing his job. Super unfortunate that our visit was such a horrible one.

The customer service here is ridiculous. Three days to fill a prescription is unacceptable. Almost two weeks to order medication that is not on back order is ridiculous. The pharmacy tech with the attitude should be replaced. I question if the male pharmacist is the right fit for this location. By far the worst CVS in Mount Pleasant. The district manager should be replaced if he/she can’t turn this place around.
