Went on my lunch break 15 minutes before their lunch break and had to change some insurance information which the pharmacist didn't look happy about. She stated it would be a few minutes, came back at 1:30 (their lunch time) and said their computers were shutting down (conveniently) and I had to come back after lunch. Biggest inconvenience and I needed my medication before the end of the day (when I get off and will be able to go back.) I'll never fill another prescription there!

Go ANYWHERE else but this pharmacy. I would give 0 stars if I could. This is the absolute worst pharmacy I've ever seen. I've had so many terrible experiences here that I've finally decided to switch to another pharmacy where I pay more and drive farther. Every month, it's a hassle to get my 1 prescription- there's always something going wrong. The wait times are terrible and it's rarely ready for pickup when they tell you it's ready over the phone or online. Sometimes they will tell me it's ready for pickup, then when I get there, they say it's completely out of stock and I can't get it at all. It just seems to be a mess at this location and the customer service is non-existent. However, the associates were always very nice from my experience. It just seems the management and processes here are atrocious and they don't seem to care or do anything to fix it.

Bill is always friendly and helpful when I’m trying to find a specific brand or product. The store is well organized. I highly recommend this CVS location!

Shaun is just plain rude. What's his problem? I saw him giving attitude to a woman with a toddler and another child with her. That's how you guys treat mothers? Shame on you Shaun! If you don't want to help people and do your job go find a job to work from home. You jerk you shouldn't be in customer service. ZERO STARS SHOULD BE GIVEN

We ran in to grab a few things and went through the self check out but the system was giving me trouble so I asked the guy working there for help. "Shaun" was very irritated that I needed assistance and made a very loud sigh as well as rolling his eyes at me. When he started to speak he was very curt, accusatory, and rude. The system still wouldn't work so I suggested that maybe he check me out at a register. Of course that further upset him to the degree of him once again getting an attitude with me and shaking his head in annoyance. I tried being understanding and kind but was baffled at his reaction to doing his job. Super unfortunate that our visit was such a horrible one.

The customer service here is ridiculous. Three days to fill a prescription is unacceptable. Almost two weeks to order medication that is not on back order is ridiculous. The pharmacy tech with the attitude should be replaced. I question if the male pharmacist is the right fit for this location. By far the worst CVS in Mount Pleasant. The district manager should be replaced if he/she can’t turn this place around.

This is the worst CVS... The cashier "shaun" was so rude and nasty to me. He kept making snide comments that customers are terrible and other remarks... If its not them being rude its them being completely incompetent. One lady cant even count money and always seems drunk. The incident today happened in front of the store manager who obviously doesnt care either. This store needs better employees and management.

This is the WORST CVS ever. Consistently making errors on prescriptions, poor customer service and occasionally displaying outright incompetence. Just go somewhere else and save yourself some time. They are genuinely not worth visiting — drive a little longer and go anywhere else.

This store could really use some help from Corporate. Employees are often no where to be found and oftentimes rude when you finally get a hold of them and ask for assistance. Mount Pleasant is not so pleasant if you have to go to this CVS.

I went yesterday to get my disposable camera developed and they were closed early because of a staffing issue. This was irritating but understandable so I went back today and the cashier handed me back my camera and told me to do more research. The CVS website says they print disposable film so I’m not sure what the problem is but there’s also never anyone working and the pharmacy staff is always super rude. If you can afford to please send your prescriptions somewhere else they do not deserve your business.

ZERO stars. This pharmacy is unreliable and unhelpful in every way. I’ve been sent messages to say prescriptions are ready, only to arrive and be told it wasn’t available yet. But today, I arrived at 9.10 to collect my meds, pharmacy opens at 9.00 but no one here. No worries I’ll come back in an hour. Arrive back at 10.15, still not open and when I ask the cashier when the pharmacy will be opening, I get told “we don’t know, maybe later.” When I pushed for more info, I get “the pharmacy isn’t here yet, they’re having a problem.” So are all the people waiting to collect medication! This CVS sucks, honestly the worst.
