This (and possibly many other) CVS location will allow you to make an appointment for a vaccine for you to show up to the location at the date and time and be told they don't have the vaccine you scheduled available. In addition, the pharmacy technician made it seem ridiculous that I expected to receive the Covid booster saying "oh, no one has that right now" and refusing to explain how I could find out when they had it back in stock. A Walgreens location roughly a mile away had the vaccine in stock and I got the vaccine there. Skip CVS and head to Walgreens.

Hire staff that actually know what they are doing. I have encountered so many rude, unprofessional employees at this store in particular it is a disgrace. The self checkout machines never work. You place a bag in the \"bagging area\" and scan the item,place in bag and it keeps saying \"place item in bag.\" Over and over it went today. No one came to help. No one acknowledged that I was waiting. Finally left that station and went to the next one figuring it would void itself out. Because I was buying cough medicine a staff member had to come assist and put in my birthday. The lady who had finally come to a register called three times for a man (can't even say gentleman b/c he was NOT) before he finally came over. Was rude. Didn't say hello. Didn't look me in the eye or apologize for the wait. This store is ALWAYS dirty. Unorganized. Staff is terrible. CVS, my advice is get your act together. The poorest customer service in Mt. Pleasant.

Terrible experience with Jennifer that checked me out! Rude, asked if I wanted a bag for my 4 items. No expression at all. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever had! Will not be going back if you keep employees like her!

Every single time I go into this store I have a negative, frustrating experience. The self check outs DO NOT work. There is rarely anyone working that is capable of helping you. Avoid this store. Take your business elsewhere.

Prescription picked up for compound. Pharmacist wouldn’t mix prescription before I arrive. I offered to pay over phone by credit card in advance. Said they would not do that. Required me to come and wait while pharmacists mixed order. It was a long day and CVS made the day longer.

I love this pharmacy! I'm on many medications, but have never had any trouble getting my medications and refills on time. The pharmacists are professional and courteous and take time to go over my medications and warn me of any possible differ effects.

Boxes and supply charts block aisles. Public bathrooms have been “under repair” for months. It is clear that they have no intention of making the restrooms accessible.

Drive thru clerk was very rude when I pointed out that they sold items such as sinus relief medicine. He then went on a very much rant that I had to come inside. What’s the difference if I get out of my car or not doesn’t change the fact that I know I would have to present my ID to them for certain items. The fact he yelled at me and one of his coworkers noticed said enough for me. Bye CVS how convenient is it to just go to Walgreens? Where they might treat you like a human being.

This pharmacy is the absolute worst! Don't expect to see the same faces twice. Their turnover rate is unbelievable! Customer service is terrible! Knowledge is nonexistent! And they just do not care! Not speaking for all of CVS...just this location!

I've been on the same meds for decades. this is the only cvs I've ever seen that's always either out of stock, not filling my prescriptions without 4 phone calls, and taking hours literally every 30 days....

This pharmacy is horrible. The techs give the wrong information, the text messaging system for the entire country apparently sends out inaccurate information & the pharmacists act like its your fault when their misinformation costs you money!

Self checkout only. Of course I was on a time crunch and The machine was Not operating properly. No One in sight to assist so I had to walk around to find staff. Odd
