Assistant store Mgr was extremely rude. He was unhappy that the point of sale had $39 for a pair of sandals and we wanted the sale price of $19. After proving the sale price he finally did an override. Afterwards he stormed off.

It wasn't a pleasant experience. I went to pick up a online order and the man at the register was a little rude. He didn't even welcome me. I will never visit again. My last name is Reyes if you see this you need to be little more kind.

The gentlemen working today were the most friendly and helpful I have ever seen and had the best smiles. They both made sure to inform me of special offers for the day and then when they didn't have my size, they ordered the shoe I wanted. It is a pleasure to shop where the salespeople are friendly and happy.

The online stock is incorrect. I looked online for uggs, which shows this store had at least a few different kinds and sizes, they ONLY had koolaburra. Waste of time. The associate, while nice, had no idea of stock or where to find shoes in the store. The only reason I have it two stars is because if you just go in there, without having something specific in mind, there is options to choose from.

Great customer service! The lady who helped me was so kind and helpful - wish I remembered her name. Great selection of all types of shoes. And there are a ton of shoes on clearance when I visited!

They had exactly what I googled. Went to the store and found the shoes I was looking for easily. Took me a minute to figure out shoes were ordered by brand and style. Found the size I needed in the stack and went to checkout. Short quick moving line and Friendly cashiers.

I am appalled at how I was just treated at this store. The door was locked at 5:45 when they close at 6. They kept unlocking the door and letting people out and let one in. An employee was being super rude and yelling at everyone. Having an absolute emotional breakdown. I do feel for her because obviously there was something mentally happening. The supervisor proceeded to lie to my face and say that he locked the door at 5 mins until 6. Hello?! Am I missing something? The customers coming out felt the same way. Not how I wanted to conclude my Friday afternoon. Just wanted to run in a get a pair of shoes I saw online. DSW lost out on a lot of sales and customers that were saying they would never return.
