My auto payment card was changed recently and I had forgotten to notify Extra Space. I contacted them with the new account information and all was taken care of within minutes. Always a pleasure to work with Extra Space managers!

Could not be a nicer and more helpful storage facility manager! We are very grateful for all the help. We have used this storage unit to ship items for my daughters college dorm room. We are over 1000 miles away, so this has been great for us!!!!

Gil was very friendly and helpful both on the phone and in person when I was searching for a storage unit. When I arrived at the location, he remembered our conversation on the phone and what I was looking for. He then took me around to the different units they had available and walked me through the whole booking process in a clear manner. Choosing and booking the unit was quick and easy!

Gil was absolutely awesome to work with, from calling me to let me know when he would be available to helping me park my boat and a seemless process in the office getting the paperwork completed. I will only use Extra Space in Mount Pleasant from now on! Thank you Gil!

This storage unit is always pristine, organized, and easy to access. The office is also always available when I need them. I especially appreciate Gil, who is super nice & always willing to out. Would give them 10 stars if I could!
