I went in to print some Christmas tags today. Julie the employee was absolutely deplorable! not only was she rude, but she was unhelpful and condescending about the printer. Do not go here for your printing needs! There are plenty of other great places with friendly customer service reps. The worst part was they were only two people in there and she was such a witch.

I have been here before and the staff are usually helpful. One associate was when I asked her the email to self-print. Like many other reviews, the blonde woman is shrewed and unhelpful. Barking at me if I used my own paper and it won't take it etc. Well it did thanks to your associate. If your professional printer cant handle resume paper you have bigger issues. If you can print at work, at home or even a friends house I would. It's not worth the attitude and frustration.

The old blonde manager lady is so surly. I am surprised she continues to treat people the way that she does. Avoid this location and find somewhere else to mail packages.

I called over to have a print order done and they gave me the email and we discussed some of the details of what I needed so I could send everything they needed. Shorty after, I sent over two order. One for individual prints of about 8 files and another that I wanted 60 of. They called to confirm some details and said they'd call back to confirm the price and get started. I never heard back so I called closer to the end of the day. She said she forgot to call but the order was complete and I could pick up anytime. I made my way over there the next day to pick up my order and the one I wanted 60 of only had 1. They said they could fix it but they weren't sure if it would be in time for when I needed them (in the next hour). I left with a promise of them calling me back when it was ready. Ten minutes later I called to tell them I didn't care about certain details and just needed prints fast. They said the order was already done and I could come back when I was ready. Why wouldn't you have remedied it while I was there? Anyway, they got the job done but the lack of communication made it a lot more stressful and expensive. One of the images I sent was a square that I wanted to fit 4 per page. I guess we never discussed that so they printed them all on separate pages and cut around the square which cost 4x as much. The printing was fast but attention to detail is important and in this order it was very much lacking. I will say she offered a small discount for my inconvenience, but there was no apology (even though my email stated 60 right in it) and after getting charged 4x what I expected, the discount didn't amount to much.

I don't mail packages all that often, but when I do, I admittedly usually go to the local post office of whatever town I'm in. Earlier this week, I specifically had to go to a FedEx location to mail back a textbook (prepaid) from Chegg. I selected this location as it was the closest one near me still open. I was delighted to see they were open until 9:00 PM. If I'm being honest, I think my time at this FedEx was marred by a customer, not an employee, who was astonishingly naive and lacking any and all information related to mailing and postal services. While I appreciate her giving spirit, this customer had 40+ tiny wrapped presents that she wanted the FedEx employee to personally box and mail to various addresses across the country herself. Not the biggest deal, except for on top of lacking any organization and preparation, she felt the need to describe in detail each and every gift and recipient. I was in genuine disbelief. The employee, I believe her name was Jenny (maybe..??), did such an appropriate job handling this bizarre encounter. She knowledgeably and patiently answered each of the customer's questions and was kind in her responses to the person's odd commentary. At the same time, she was mindful of my time and did not lallygag or respond in a manner that would force additional conversation (Thanks for looking out!). After almost an entire hour passed, it was finally my turn to mail my two packages. The employee apologized for my wait, though it was no fault of her own. (In retrospect, I should have just left, but I got trapped by the sunken cost fallacy.) The one package was "free" for me to mail since it was prepaid and another package of random goodies weighing 2.5 lbs cost me $10. I chose not to mail a 3rd package of hot sauce given that the shipping costs would be close to $30. Regarding the atmosphere of this location, there were some issues with appearance of cleanliness as can be noted in the photos, but this was mostly due to leaves on the floor caused by an open door and another delivery person packing a truck. I have full confidence it would have been cleaned by day's end/the next morning. The packing and prep station was very small, so this is not a place I would recommend you come to in order to pack your packages; you'd do best to come with them already handled. There were some nice products for sale - most I wouldn't buy in general (e.g., plastic badge holders) but some I certainly would, such as the birthday and pretty everyday-themed bubble mailers. Prices are as you'd expect - higher than typical but not totally unreasonable if you are limited on time and travel. I would say my biggest "complaint" with this facility was the fact that only one person was working (and especially so close to the holidays!) While I understand I was experiencing a particularly unique situation, I am sure it is not that uncommon for customers to do something like this that takes up a lot of time. Of course, I was personally irritated, but more importantly, I sincerely felt bad for the employee who had to handle this all alone... on top of aiding the delivery person, addressing other customers (members, business people) who just dropped off piles and piles of prepaid packages, and keeping an eye out on the store. This is so much for just one person to handle, and I especially didn't like her having to do this alone at night. I write this because I hope a manager or business employee will take the time to read and consider making changes. All that to say, to get to the point of the review, I have no qualm with recommending this FedEx location for others in the area who need to mail a package. I certainly wouldn't go out of my way to come here, nor would I particularly think to choose this place over a standard post office, but if one is in the area or needs to get some mailing complete outside past 4:00-5:00 pm, this is a fine place to choose.

I would give this place 5 stars if it wasn't for the blonde manager lady. Every time I have been in here she is condescending to the employees and customers. No matter what you ask her response is guaranteed to be rude. I've had no issues with any of the other employees, they have always been quick and courteous. The manager should not be in any customer service field. I'm sorry you're built like an Oompa Loompa! Be nicer!

I went in to print 30 single page bulletins today and the store owner was polite, but informed me she could not print them with 10 people ahead of me. It would be after 4 pm before she could have them ready. My grandmother's funeral was at 4:30 pm so that would not work. She allowed me to get paper and continued to talk with another customer the time it took me to print them on a lower model copier. A funeral is not something you know is going to occur and have a lot of lead time to print a bulletin. I wish people could do the right thing instead of being business like or at least show some compassion in a time of need. She wasn't the only worker in the store either I found out as leaving.

Was just in this location and it is the last time I will come in here as the customer service is laughable. When you ask a question, the "manager" simply points and tells you "over there the screen will tell you what to do". They are more focused on the folks that put in orders so they can charge an extra fee to "help". Was told if I wanted help in the future to put in an order as I was in self serve which meant I had to do it myself. Just because I went to self serve didn't mean I might not have a question. Seems they would prefer a customer ask a question vs doing something wrong and messing up their equipment. Saw same level of "service" given to another customer as well. Will gladly drive to the West Ashley location at Citadel Mall which is 30 mins away as the service is 100% better at that location.

I absolutely love this location! I won't go anywhere else! Julie and Norman are my go to people!!! They always give the best customer service. Yes, sometimes you'll have to wait bc the person in front of you is asking so many questions and doesn't get it, like that one in class that holds everyone up, but no one is twisting your arm to stay to get service. I've seen people get mad at the fact that they have to spend a lot more than they expected bc their package has to be somewhere by a certain day, but that person should of not waited till the last minute. Bottom line is that you may have to wait in line, or you have a question on how to use the self copier, etc., but seriously, it is NOT a big deal. Once you know how to operate everything, it's very easy. Please don't give anyone a hard time bc you are impatient.

Awesome service, I was in and out in one minute. The young man at the front desk was very polite and taped the open end of my box for me as well. I have no complaints!
