We moved our son to SC and had a large package that didn't work for his new home. We were directed to take it to FedEx, print label and return there. It was a heavy item. I went into the store and spoke to Danny before we brought the item in due to its size. Danny was nice and helpful and told me to bring it in. While I was working with Danny, his co worker, kept interrupting our conversation rudely talking about how she didn't want it brought it because it might be too heavy. Thankfully, Danny ignored her and her rudeness but others in the store, including a FedEx driver all watched as she was being so rude. She was rude to everyone that came in the store and clearly didn't want to be there. I would drive out of my way to avoid having to deal with her.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Two ladies working and they were just chatting for at least 10mins before I was served and I WAS THE ONLY CUSTOMER! They got annoyed because I asked them if they could pack the item right there to make sure it was properly done (I had already paid for it) and they got mad because I asked them if they could do it or if I could do it right at that moment since the return has very specific instructions and they would not remember with so many packages. So one of them said “if you want me to pack it, you will have to wait for me to do the 20 orders that are in front of you”. I just couldn’t argue with them since it looks they’re not happy with their job. I requested a return right away and decided to go to a different location.

I went in on June 6. The store was promptly opened. The lady was super good to me. I shipped a guitar. It arrived promptly to its destination. I highly recommend these guys.

Tremendous experience at this location.
Julie, Danny, and Lucca were of phenomenal assistance and provided me with high quality material for my small business. We will continue to use them. Incredibly polite, patient, and holistically helpful. Much appreciated!!!

The worse customer service I have ever experienced. Both employees were so rude. I walked out and would rather pay 3x the price then ever walk back into this Fedex location again.

This has to be one of the worst shipping stores in town. Management is rude and unhelpful. I've shipped many many items for my small business in shoe boxes, bankers boxes and other parcel without issue. I ship FedEx, UPS and USPS in these boxes.
The manager of this store refused to let me drop off my prepaid package in the box it was in and forced me to buy a buy from her to drop it off. They're pretty much charging people to drop off prepaid packages. Box was packed, taped and labeled all I needed was a receipt. Should have never tried to use a different drop off spot in town, won't be using this store again.

We brought in a potential print job for the large paper printer. If it could be done, we were going to have several more. We spoke with two women who said they would look at what we brought in on a USB and let us know if it could be done. A month went by, and we never heard from them. Today, I got a call from Julie, who said I had a print job I had never picked up. I explained that we had never been contacted and I had finally gone another route to get the job done. My husband and I both assumed they couldn't do it, since they had said they would call if they could. Then Julie said that if we ever came back to print something, we would always have to pay in advance from now on. She said this as though we are not trustworthy now. I explained again that we were never told if they could even do the print job and no one at the time even considered quoting us a price. We do not appreciate being put on the naughty list when they did not contact us, did not inform us, and totally dropped the ball for a full month until after the date we needed the document.

I have had several very good experiences with this location. Especially a lady named Julie who was very helpful and looked up information I needed as well as being extremely patient with me. On another visit there was a young man, I wish I could recall his name, he was slim with dark hair and complexion and he stopped his work to help me with laminating. Now this is the only mailing place I'll go unless it's the US Post office. Ty!

I had a fantastic experience at this store while shipping a flat-rate package. Ashleigh was incredibly kind and patient, making the process smooth and hassle-free. While I was waiting, another staff member even came over to offer help—such great customer service!
Before coming here, I first visited the FedEx store near Publix in Park West, where they tried to charge me over $40 for the same package. I specifically asked for FedEx’s One Rate Flat Shipping, but they insisted that no such service existed—claiming that no store in town, including this one, offered it. Thankfully, I decided to double-check, and I’m so glad I did! Ashleigh helped me ship my documents using FedEx’s Two-Day Flat Rate service for a much lower price.
Save yourself the frustration—skip the location near Publix and come here instead!

Women who denied to ship my package seemed uninterested in doing her job, I suggest not wasting your time and going elsewhere. The blonde manager is the reason this place has low ratings.
