I have used this FedEx location for the past 11 years, and Julie and her staff have been very professional and helpful. Regardless of the complexity or amount of packages being sent, they are always on top of the it and come through. Julie, in particular, is very knowledgeable and helpful with providing solutions to my package requirements.

Picture this: Presidents Day, folks are off from work and they're doing their errands - so FedEx is busy, lines at both registers. I wait in line just like everyone else is. When it becomes my turn, Kim, who is in training tells me she is new and cannot retrieve my print order that I came to pick up, which I will be then shipping out, because she said she does not know how to process print jobs yet. I said "no problem, since I am going to FedEx the documents, can we start creating a shipping label and get that out of the way?" She was so nice and said "that I can do". Well, she unfortunately could not do it, as she needed the package of materials to weigh it, and realized that after we were half way through creating the label. Julie, the manager comes over and says I can help you over there. I was confused as to why I was moving registers as I assumed Julie would just bring over my print job and we would finish with my label.As soon as I get to Julie's register, she says"why are you so angry?" I said I am not angry, I was confused as to why I was moving registers as I just need to FedEx my print order which is already paid for. She said you are so angry.I will admit, I had a tone in my voice because I was annoyed with this customer service, but I was certainly not angry.I am in this FedEx store at least once a week. I also send ALL of my printing to this FedEx store, I give them SO much business on a weekly basis. I said "Julie, we have worked together before, you have helped me before, I do not appreciate you saying I am angry", she said 'I am just trying to help" I said well, lead with that next time, I do not appreciate the way you're speaking to me. I walked away, and then went back to Kim to start to the process all over again.Everyone at this store is a pleasure to work with, as I mentioned, I give this store a lot of business due to the nature of my job. However, Julie should find another profession. I am in the people business too, and you just don't treat people the way Julie consistently treats me and others.

Some of the FedEx stores actually can be helpful. This one is less so. We walked in with a package that needed to be shipped again that had just arrived on Air freight from abroad. Their first step was to disassemble our box and make it more fragile. Then told us that they needed to make a special box for the package. Then proceeded to tell us that there would be a high charge to make this box and also that this box would not be made at the store. This was after they had removed all the protective packaging that would keep it from getting wet as this was a delicate sign.If you need to ship a package, anything other than a standard package don't come to this location. All it'll do is frustrate you.

Federal Express delivery is bad. My family lives in the neighborhood of Sweetgrass Landing. The deliverer did not deliver the right brand number to my package. I didn't receive my package in a month. I have three parcels that have the same problem.it’s so bad

I've been to many many office ship and print centers of all kinds. Most are boring and lack any gusto. This particular office has a manager who not only appreciates customer service but also makes sure her clients enjoy their time in the store. Thank you so much for being of assistance over the past several months and being so easy to work with. Go and ask for the blonde named Julie if you want to have a truly great experience.

Julie strikes again!! Having had multiple interactions with the manager Julie, I can reaffirm that she is consistently rude and condescending. I could go into specifics about how horrible she is, but it would be the same thing many other reviewers have already said. She is so far off brand from what FEDEX puts out it is truly amazing she has a job. The rest of the staff are awesome. They are helpful, courteous, and great to work with. Thankfully Julie's acrimonious attitude has not rubbed off on them. If you walk in and she is there, do yourself a favor, turn around and find another FEDEX location. That is unless you like being demeaned and degraded.

I have used this location for business for 3 years. All the team with Julie Smythe have been amazing! The have gone out of their way to get projects completed and done for me perfectly. Thanks so much!

Francisco helped me out today and he was extremely quick!! This was a great experience! He was in such a good mood and really helped me get in and out quickly. Good vibes all the way around. I recommend this place for sure!!!! 10/10

After a frustrating experience with Fedex's automated "create an account" over 3 days and an equally frustrating experience with Fedex's customer service area who were unable to help, it was a burst of fresh air and competence walking into this Fedex store in Mt.Pleasant. My documents were done within a minute, slipped into an envelope and on their way. Even opened an account at the same time which was impossible to do on the online "we truly suck" page nor with a live person as mentioned above. And while I had sworn to never deal with Fedex ever again, they redeemed themselves proving that technology is only as good as the people who know how to use it.

I've been doing business (shipping, printing and custom jobs) consistently at this store since 2015 - going in multiple times a week for most of these past 8 years. Everyone from new employees to familiar faces to the manager is super helpful, going above and beyond countless times. I used to live within a mile from this center, but moved to James Island a few years ago. I have visited a few other locations closer to my house, but find myself driving over to Mt Pleasant just go here - b/c I know I will get what I need done in a timely, professional and courteous manner - every time.

The absolute worst customer service! The blonde manager is Julie. If you have the unfortunate timing of arriving when she is working, It is guaranteed you will leave angry. This is the third time using this location and the third time I left angry, I thought for sure she would have been fired by now.Not only was she rude to me, but she is rude and demeaning to her employees. During my most recent visit another lady came in dropping off three large packages. Amazingly wile abusing me and her help Julie was still able to assault and insult and her too. This lady has skills!If you're into being scolded and reprimanded by and extremely bitter, angry and bossy blond this this might be for you. Otherwise find a new store. I'm still waiting to be reimbursed from February when she double billed me and not only sent the correct package, but also someone else's package to my daughter. Way to go Julie!

We came to this location for our out-of-town wedding to print many different signs and elements for the festivities. Julie and her staff were SUPER. We came three days in a row, they were so helpful and generous with their time and expertise, and we were really happy with the outcome. Great experience, and would recommend this to anyone considering doing big batch printing here - they will help make sure it's right!

If I could score this place zero stars I really would. This place has the worst customer service I think I have ever experienced in any establishment, its truly shocking. The worst part is, it is ALL the manager. I don't know her name but based on the other comments it seems to be Julie.Unfortunately, I have to use this place frequently for work whether it is shipping or printing. Two visits ago I had to print over $300 worth of marketing materials and I was told when I walked in that they would charge me more to do in person vs. me going all the way back home and doing from the website just to drive back later and pick up. No one could actually explain why this was.My latest visit was equally as bad. I had to ship a gift for someone and I wanted to position the gift in the box a specific way, once I packed the box I asked if the Manager if she could put some of the brown shipping paper in the box to hold everything in place. Her response was no because I wanted to pack my items myself I would now have to buy a roll of paper and do it. However, if she had packed the box then she could have helped me but it was too late. She literally refused to help me. I needed maybe a wad of paper for a 10x8 inch box. It would have taken her 3 seconds to grab some paper from the stand behind her.Someone explain to me like I'm 5 why this was an unreasonable ask?I desperately want to find somewhere else to take my business.
