I was looking to get a lot of work done here. Got here at 7am and was waiting at the front door and some guy swings the door open at 7:05 am and doesn’t say a word. He was just very annoyed I was here right when the business opens. I wanted my anti lock brake control module fixed. 4 codes. 2 Evap codes a speedometer code and something else. Oil change. Front end suspension needed repairs. That’s a lot of money that walked out the door. If you’re going to deal with customers you need some sort of customer service.

My Daughter sat inside here for an hour trying to get her alternator fixed. Nobody inside was helping her and was unsure if they even had the part. A man sitting inside the waiting area was harassing her trying to talk to her and would not leave here alone, his full body and head was staring right at her the entire time. He kept getting closer and closer until she finally got up and left and asked for her keys. Completely unprofessional and unsafe environment here. Would not recommend for anybody.

Had a 10am appointment on a Saturday scheduled several days in advance for only an oil change. A service that should take an hour tops and never has taken longer than that when working with Firestone in the past. My car was not taken back until 10:29 and was not put on the rack until after 11am. In the end I did not leave until 12:10. Apparently they were short staffed with only one technician. I understand being short staffed but what is the point of making an appointment if you do not receive the service at that time? I wish I would Have been notified of this up front and could have easily rescheduled to a different day. At the end there was no apology for the delay and they didn’t even take the time to reset my maintenance light. Likely will not be back to this Firestone location.

I had an oil change appt here at 1:00. I left around 3:30 with no receipt, no sticker in my windshield, and no explanation for why on earth it took so long. I will not return.

Was told by a company in mount pleasant that I went to for an oil change that I needed to immediately get new brakes and rotors as well as to fluid flushes costing over 1000$.
Firestone informed me that my brakes are not even halfway through and all my fluids are fine, literally said they will not take my money due to my car being fine. THANK YOU FIRESTONE!! Highly recommend

Service has really dropped off. Two years ago, I took the same boat trailer tire to Firestone, dropped it off, picked it up, no problem. Today, the service person said “I can’t help you without knowing the size of the tire….” Came out and looked at the tire And repeated herself. After I looked and found the number on the tire for her, she called around and found a shop 30 minutes across town that she was glad to send me too. I drove five minutes down the road to Gerald’s where they were happy to help me. Hopefully Firestone can get its act back together.

Horrible. Canceled my appointment multiple times as they couldn’t staff basic repairs. Had to come back multiple times as they ordered the wrong parts. Poor customer service.
I’ve been using Firestone for a decade but will never use the Mount Pleasant location again.

Make sure to call and confirm any appointments you make. I got email confirmation for the appointment but when I showed up to the store, I was told they didn't have me on the schedule. They could not even say sorry for the inconvenience and said I should have called to confirm. To be fair, they've done work on 3 of my cars over the last 15 years and is the only issue but very frustrating considering the efforts I made to be available for this appointment.

Yes, working with Morgan was great. She needs to be running that entire location with how efficient she is. She knows the correct hierarchy of ways to complete tasks and get customers orders completed and out the door. I would hire her in a heartbeat.
