I waited to 3 hours for them to tell me they couldn't service my transmission. Poor service. Poor customer service. Had an appointment. Called to see if I could come earlier then my appointment time. They told me yes. Waited patiently for 3 hours for them to tell me they couldn't service my vehicle. I don't suggest no one to go here.

I brought my 21 ram 1500 eco diesel in for an oil change. First off this place has the worst costumer service around. The employees were just sitting around and the manager was sitting around with them disregarding customers who would walk in. Do not take your vehicle here whatsoever. I got my truck back. They didn’t even fill the correct amount of oil in for the oil change. Also they didn’t put a new sticker with the mileage for next change and most importantly. They stripped a nut and didn’t bother telling me or replacing it. All this I had to find out after the fact. If you want your vehicle running right don’t take it to this Firestone on south Morgan point in mt pleasant. But take it to NTB across from town center next to the Starbucks. They helped me realize the issues and fixed them.

Absolutely AMAZING! Honest people. Get the job done to perfection! Amanda and the entire staff are phenomenal! I am back on the road! And knowing my car is safe ! And didn’t have a long wait. Very accommodating to my schedule!

In the past (many years ago) I have had somewhat bad experiences here. However, this visit was extremely pleasant. The service managers, although very busy, were positive and tended to my needs quickly. This was a new vehicle that I had just purchased from Carvana so the work was under warranty. Firestone took care of the coordination with the warranty company and repaired my vehicle with 24 hours after approval. The experience was much better than in the past.

We were visiting from out of state for a wedding. Had a bolt in our tire and needed fixing quickly in order to still make the wedding. Britney and all the staff were so accommodating and professional. We were in and out quickly and made it to our event and didn’t have to worry about a tire that might be unsafe. Thank you so much for the help/service.

Great experience from the start. I appreciate their honesty after bringing my car in for what I believed was a much higher ticket item and only ended up being my battery. I will return and recommend to others! Thank you.

rude...unhelpful...did nothing but tell me my car was built poorly offered to repair items not guaranteeing it would help. Charged about $100 for absolutely nothing!
