Be very leery of this operation. On 10/10/23 I paid to have an oil change and brakes replaced. We do not believe they put oil back in our F150 because two months later it started making noise and there was NO OIL in our vehicle. Long story short, the manager, Robert Barela, lied to me 5-6 times stating he was starting an insurance claim for us. I had to call corporate to start a claim and we have not heard from them for two weeks. Our truck in inoperable and I will probably have to find legal representation to get this resolved. BE WARE of this Firestone!!!

Amanda was helpful and Informative as soon as I explained the issue with my vehicle. She called to update me on my car when she said she would and the car was done in a timely manner and at a fair cost. Amanda was courteous and professional the entire time. I’ll be back.

I’ve been coming to this Firestone for about 7 years now in and off depending on what needs to be done with my car. Amanda is hands down the friendliest person I have ever had help me in the last 7 years of getting my cars maintenance done.This is the only place I’ve gone in almost a decade of driving now that doesn’t lose my locking lug nuts, the key, or other random parts.The one time they forgot to give them back they called me before I got out of the parking lot to let me know they had them still and were holding them till I came back.Thank yall for the great service you’ve given me the last few years I really appreciate it.Amanda, you rock, keep it up!

So helpful ! I was having trouble with another Firestone location and took my car here for a second opinion. They were fast, efficient, and dedicated to helping me! They’re under new management and let me tell you- Robert was amazing! He listened to my concerns with the car and his team got right on it! I am super happy to be able to check car problems off of my Worry list. These techs are experts and I would recommend them any day of the week! Thank you!!

I stopped in here to get a new tire for my travel trailer. I have used Firestone service stores many times in various cities and towns. I travel constantly and live in New Mexico. I needed a new tire. I dropped off my wheel with the dust cover attached to the wheel. I know this because when I showed up to pick it up, the wheel looked different. I didn't even think it was my wheel other than my name was scrolled on the sidewall in huge letters??? These people are clowns. As I mentioned I'm traveling and camped in my trailer about 25 miles from this store. The gal in the store said she would call when it was ready. I anticipated that and had no concerns. The call was never made. I had to go into Mt Pleasant anyway the next day. I called before I left and they told me it was ready. As I mentioned, I walked into the store and saw a new tire on a rim that I didn't recognize but knew it was mine because it had my name on it in huge letters I could have read from across the street. I asked where the center part of the rim was and they pretty much just shrugged and denied it came in with it. The bozo technician was called in to question him about the missing dust cover. He denied it was on there and said I probably had it and when I find it " a written apology would be acceptable". No attempt was made to correct the situation, just pay and get out. The dust cover was not where I took the wheel off. I assume they threw it away, not a particular expensive item, about $12 on eBay. The problem is I have to drive back to New Mexico without it. The reasons I give these clowns a 1 are their lack of concern and any attempt to resolve my issue. No call to let me know it was ready and the sarcastic attitude of the bozo tech helped me in my decision to rat If this is Southern hospitality you can have the South.

I've been going to this location for years for oil changes and tires but I will not go back nor do I recommend them. I had a 9 am appointment and it took them 8.5 hours to put on 4 tires and do an oil change. They have lost my business.

Worst service experience. Took my vehicle in to rotate tires & and replace 1 tire (50,000 mile Firestone rated tire problem after 24 miles). Technician Ryan in his ineptness broke a tire knuckle, ABS sensor, needed to replace a ball joint & 1 other item). How does replacing a tire escalate to that level of problem??? Day 4 without vehicle. Matt & Shannon (front of store) tell a different story each time I call. Registered a formal complaint with Firestone Corp Customer Service. No response from Area Manager. Would not recommend Firestone. Would not recommend this location.

Firestone tires at S. Morgans Point location is not worthy of 1 ⭐️Needed to resolve a Firestone tire issue (50,000 warranty experienced a tire issue at 24,000 miles). Completely incompetent service. Took 3 trips to resolve. It’s now Day 4 car stillnot operable (sitting outside jacked up in their svc yard) & the technician broke a tire wheel stud (needs to be replaced) and an ABS sensor (needs to be replace). They did not honor Firestone tire warranty. Would not recommend this store location (extremely poor customer service front of store & inept service techs) nor Firestone tires.i understand everyone has a bad day however I did not appreciate witnessing the service tech swearing, throwing tools & my new. One would think a Service Manager could’ve intervened to help mitigate & resolve the problems. Regret buying Firestone tires & coming to this location. Will not make this mistake again. My business will go to Gerald’s Tires next time.Update to my initial review - 4th day without vehicle. Firestone S. Morgan Point still hasn’t resolved the broken parts issues. A formal complaint with Firestone Corporate Cuatomer Service; waiting to hear back from Area Manager (Alexander). Have 0 confidence in the mechanical competence of those @ this location.

Highly disappointed. Called to get initial quote for brake pads replacement only, they told me it will be 80$. After inspection their recommendation was to change whole system, but I refused twice and informed them I need only brake pads, which they agreed to do. At the end they changed the whole system and charged me 552$ instead of initially agreed 80$. The whole system change was 420$ in other place but I wasn’t interested in changing full system. They didn’t even apologize, and told me that they can’t change brake pads without system, although it is a separate service and they initially via phone and during visit told me they do that, and what the cost of exactly brake pad change will be.

worst customer service I have ever had. left five business days later with the vehicle in the same condition I left it in and $500 down the drain. no communication, no answering phone calls, and Matt at the front desk was the most rude and condescending I have ever dealt with. save your time and money and go elsewhere!

If I could give no stars.. I would.I've taken several of our vehicles here over the years and never had a problem. If I scheduled an appointment and it wasn't available, they'd call and let me know beforehand. However, today I scheduled an appointment the slot showed as available, never received a callback. Tried calling in, no answer. Made arrangements to get the vehicle in for service, only to be told we don't have an appointment for you. It's pending... We can't do anything for you today. No attemp to figure out what happened or why the appointment was available to be booked or anything...In a day and time as such, appointments are made for reasons. Not just because....If you don't allow afternoon appointments, then you should change your bookings...

I paid $140 for an oil change, which is double what I’ve paid at other places. The worst part is that whoever worked on my car got oil all over the interior of my car. I will never go back and would not recommend it to anyone else.Service: Oil change

Friendly and pleasant to a walk in. Had a slow leak which they were unable to patch due to placement of puncture. These are newish tires so I wanted to go back to dealer. They were understanding about this too. Sorry to see they have some bad reviews. I found them courteous and professional.

Too bad, you have to give at least one star because they deserve negative 5… DON’T BRING YOU CAR THERE… they are totally lazy and you will get lucky if they even answer the phone or confirm online appointment… Can’t even understand that they are still in business… The manager does not understand the concept of customer, no greeting and arguing about his negligence and laziness, he should be fired
