Allison apparently is the Teller Manager she is very,very very rude and unpleasant. I work for a newly opened restaurant in Mount Pleasant and she wouldn't cash a printed check that was clearly from my job and the check was drawn from the bank that was clearly First Citizen. She claims she never saw me before andneeded to verify I was a actual employee.She went on to tell me SHE WASNT GOING TO CASH MY CHECK BECAUSE I WAS RUDE!!!!She needs to have some customer service classes!I will NEVER return to that branch unless she's replaced with someone who actually knows what their doing.She can kiss my ssa!

Stopped by today to withdraw money from drive through Sat waiting for 10 minutes with no help while employees were there and looking at me never came to window to acknowledge I was there after close to 15 minutes just left horrible service

I hate to say this, because the one on James Island is Great, but this is the worst bank I've ever done business with. I never get out of the drive through in less than 10mins. There are never any slips or pens in the containers. Custom Service is less than par.. employee turn over seems high as well.. I rarely see a familiar face

Whoever these new employees are unprofessional and SLOW. How dare you suvk and your job AND you all are rude. Every single new teller in there is rude and uninviting. The woman with the dreads, the heavy set woman with the red lips and clumpy mascara, the older woman with long blonde hair and the white man. ALL RUDE. We are established costumers. You all need to be fired. Shame on first citizens. We are considering banking with someone else now.
