Joe at the reception and John at the kitchen are really hospitable and helpful. The room is pretty new without any issues. And the location feels safe, quiet, and upscale. Overall a great experience.

Absolutely amazing place! Great neighborhood with many stores and restaurants nearby! (Highly recommend "Basil" Thai restaurant which is a 5 minute drive from the hotel.Hotel staff super friendly!!!One thing is, I think cause it's new construction, the hot water in the shower takes a while to get hot! Just be patient and it'll get hot! Other than that, amazing amazing! Also, pet friendly!!

Shout out to Jayla. She was the star of the show. Hard worker, friendly, responsive- hope you’re paying her well! Get her some help at weekend breakfast though- some food was always “coming out soon” with food on the counters and tables not cleaned between guests. Management, you need to have an extra worker there - this isn’t even the busy season! We had a good stay and like all the staff but need more workers.

Our family came down for 8 days over Thanksgiving break to visit family for the holidays and my birthday. Rhiannon at the front desk was absolutely wonderful! She was so friendly and accommodating and made our stay extra enjoyable! This hotel is located in the perfect location! There are TONS of shops/restaurants all around to walk to. It’s literally in a shopping plaza. There’s a movie theatre next door, which we went to a few times too! You can walk to the beach as well! There’s a robot that delivers items to your room if you need anything; our daughter loved that! I highly recommend staying here!Walkability: So many ice cream shops nearby, clothing stores, restaurants (Jon Smith Subs was our favorite lol), beach, Barnes and Nobles (Starbucks), Hustle(Smoothies) and SO much more all walking.

If you value sleep, DO NOT book here! We go to hotels all the time and have been loyal to this one for years, so we get noise is kind of expected but this was abnormal. Starting at 6am was general noise, then from 8am onward was literal throwing and slamming of any and everything EVERY DAY. We also experienced someone knocking our door around 8 or 9am with a do not disturb sign up. Then at night the AC goes off despite being on the lowest setting and the tv randomly comes after midnight. The cleanliness of the shower was also really concerning. Extremely bummed because the room itself overall is nice and the location is perfect, but it’s just not worth it anymore.

Lovely location with secure car park directly next to the hotel. Very hospitable staff. The rooms were OK, but they looked very tired in parts (as you can see from the photos). We changed rooms to try to enjoy our stay, but we ended up checking out a day early and found a cleaner hotel nearby. It might seem a bit dramatic, but we just wanted to feel comfortable whilst on our vacation. Disappointing standards for Hyatt in my opinion.Rooms: Very tired and in need of a good clean and some maintenance.Nearby activities: Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance.Noteworthy details: Car park is the multi storey behind the hotel (it's not signposted). Park anywhere and access the hotel from the car park and go up to Level 2 for reception.

We booked a weekend here for our sons baseball tournament. Photos show an inviting lobby and bar area. We went downtowns at 8pm to meet teammates and watch the World Series and we’re on told we couldn’t turn the TV on because that area was closed. The lady at the front desk very rudely repeated “it’s closed, that’s why the lights are off.” So beware, the bar and lobby area are closed at 8pm on Friday night.

The rooms were great. Beds were comfy as always. And the location was excellent. But on multiple occasions the staff were very rude. Either to myself, my wife or our other guest. And when I say staff. Let me clarify that I mean the front desk.Whether it was over the phone or when we were trying to check in. I would hope management sees this and is able to keep a closer eye on this. They do after all work in hospitality.Walkability: Plenty of shopping and dining with in walking distance!

Great place to stay. Nice and clean. The staff does a good job of making sure the hotel is orderly. There was a youth baseball tournament around here and they did a good job of letting the kids have fun but not letting them run wild all over the place. They also have a delivery robot that brings stuff to your room, so that’s pretty awesome. The pool’s really cold right now though - so watch out for that

I want to start with Derrick (Front Desk-Clerk) was wonderful, my Aunt and I checked in on Thursday afternoon after we checked-in and saw the location of our room we decided we did not like the location of our original assignment and Derrick was able to locate an alternate room for us and allowed my Aunt and I to change rooms. Also, after being in the area for a few hours we quickly decided that we would like to stay for another day to explore the area. Derrick was able to add another day to our stay in the room we were in.Pros:The Hotel & Breakfast & StaffThe hotel was clean, quiet and we felt very safe on the premises and in the surrounding area, the breakfast provided was very good, waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, oatmeal, bagels, toast and fresh fruit were just some of the breakfast items that were provided.BarYou must go and get a drink and maybe some wings, Parker served us and she was pleasant attentive and very friendly, the perfect welcome for guests just arriving and taking a break to catch their breath after arriving.Cons:The Pool -After a morning and early afternoon of shopping and exploring we returned to the hotel to take a dip in the pool and then clean up. The temperature of the water in the pool was nice but, the pool itself looks dirty due to the sand that other guests must have brought back from the beach due to not taking a shower before going into the pool.Hotel Garage entrance -Parking is free and that was a welcomed treat however upon approaching the door the cleanliness of elevator and Hotel entrance from the parking garage was very disturbing. A good power wash and scrub is needed, I think this will make visiting guests feel more welcome as they approach on their first day. I felt like we were entering a low end hotel in a high transient area due to the appearance of the parking garage as we entered on our first day.

Am not a fan of air conditioning that cuts off when you sleep because it thinks the room is empty. Location is perfect, and everything was clean. Breakfast was pretty decent! Interesting layout with registration desk on second floor.
