Sometimes it's ok to get the opinion of others, however it's also important to draw and experience things for yourself. I was a walk-in and I most say the customer service was A1 from beginning to the end, the agents were very professional as well as helpful.

I was seen within 10 minutes of my appointment time, and it only took ~2 minutes to complete my fingerprints and picture for TSA pre check. Both ladies that helped me were courteous and helpful. My wife has been here twice and both times she had a great/easy experience.
