I do not give blood well. I get very anxious and tense but everyone’s bright and cheery demeanor at this location helped to set me ease. Clean, tidy waiting room, lovely staffer at the window, sweet and funny lab tech, quick in and out and everyone’s positivity and smiles brightened my afternoon and made it easy!

Horribly unprofessional staff. I asked a simple question to which shante gave me an unnecessary attitude and made another staff member come to the front desk to talk to me. They were all very short and unwelcoming. Will never be back.
