The first beverage cooler I ordered for delivery came with extensive damage. I had to physically return it myself. Foolishly, I ordered the same beverage refrigerator to pick up curbside at the local store only to notice the gaping hole in the box that had been hastily patched only to reveal more damage on a different cooler. Abysmal quality control.

The service is terrible, some of the worst I’ve ever experienced. No one there seems interested in working, and no one cares about what the customer needs. The customer service staff and the forklift operators are downright rude. I’m honestly never going back to that store, and I sincerely plan to cancel my membership card. For them, processing a return feels like an overwhelming task they’re simply not willing to do.

The bathroom was nasty. Didn't look like it was in Mt Pleasant at all. Sinks were stained with grime. Every toilet in the restroom needed to be flushed.
