Went to the flooring department to get some help with transitions. The woman in the department was more interested in my dog than helping me. When I approached she was on the phone discussing her dog. She gave my dog treats without my permission and continued her call. When done told me my dog was cute, when I told her I needed help with transitions she just told me they all come in packs. And started talking to the customer behind me, never actually helping me. I will never go to this Lowe’s again. The employees don’t get paid enough to care about their jobs or apparently have any manners or boundaries.

The store is good with product but the energy of many of the staff is lackluster. Every time I purchase pine straw I have to wait 15 mins or more and go and ask again to get someone to the truck. I fault upper management for not instilling good customer service. When I call to ask for help… it’s not like “yes ma’am I’m sorry you had to wait” the response is “Nobody came? I’ll see what I can do” just not ok!

Overall store clean and most workers were helpful with questions. Except one lady at self checkout was very impatient and slight of an attitude towards me due to my deafness. Other than that all is good.

Tried to buy a Christmas tree inside with my 2 young kids. No one helped us. No one asked if we could find what we were looking for. I finally found an employee and asked where boxes are with the corresponding tree numbers. Employee told us “go outside.” Great. We walked around outside until we found trees, got the tree to checkout (only self checkout here) and lowes would not accept a visa gift card. Two different employees were unable to help me. At that point I had to get the two young kids out of lowes to feed them and put them to bed. Drove BACK to lowes with different payment and was told I could not come in because it was 7:50 and the store closes at 8. Overall terrible customer service at the north mt pleasant location. You have other options (Home Depot, other lowes) save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

Nice store, clean and organized. Staff actually helps you like it’s still 2019!!!! The manager, I forgot her name, even helped me load up propane tanks. Great Lowe’s!!

The clerks at my West Ashley store are always very helpful. However, I was in the North Mt. Pleasant store and after not finding a fuse that I needed, I asked a clerk, who first gave me misinformation then passed me off to another clerk who was even less helpful. Neither were willing to even walk 25' down the aisle to look. I finally ended up at the customer service desk to see if they had the part in their system.

An associate named Kaitlin, at the mount pleasant store was incredibly helpful and knowledge, and all with a big friendly smile on her face. She was a pleasure and I got just what I needed. Thank you Kaitlin.

The derive in the lumber department is terrible. No one shows up when employees page for lumber associates. The saw has not been working for days. There are two lumber rows on Sunday afternoon that are closed of when only one is being restocked.
