Spent thousands at this Lowe’s location over the past year on a new home build and renovation. Every time we get a delivery it’s wrong - and their drivers can’t figure out how to call ahead. They will just drop thousands of dollars of materials wherever they feel like. I had to physically move three pallets of concrete that were dumped and spilled all over my driveway entry. Sometimes they just leave things carelessly in the road in front of your house. I realize this is a third party delivery company but Lowe’s is still responsible since they are taking the money. I’ve tried contacting multiple managers. I’m finally done. No one cares.

Usually short staffed but have everything and close by. Great return policy. Parking isn't the best. But good exercise!

Great people. However, the warranty program is incredibly frustrating. My claim was approved, and a serviceman came to see our washer machine and left without fixing it saying “we need a part”. I’ve reached out to both parties numerous times with no progress. I have a 1yr old, a pregnant wife and just spent 10 days in the hospital… I’d love my washer to work.

the assistant manager refused to help with a large order for shades - and said he wouldnt help with an order from a different Lowes in the same city...had delivery problems too

Only one employee acknowledged me. The prices on the treated wood were not clearly marked. The prime and the standard wood were mixed in together. Next time I will drive a little further to go to Home Depot.

Worst Costumer service ever, I went to try to pick up a pick up order for my dad. The first thing I noticed was that the pick up department wasnt even open and the sliding doors wouldn’t open up, the next thing I did was walk up to the return department to be met by a women named Leslie. Absolutely awful customer service, no patience, sassy, and just completely rude. I work customer service myself and it’s not that hard to be nice, learn respect people.

I know everybody is shorthanded. But after waiting in line to ask a question where the wooden dowels are, the girl called the manager, the manager told the girls she didn't know. A customer in line thought she knew where they were and help me find them.

Avoid the in-store glass cutting services at this location. You're better off doing it yourself or using a local glass company. OK store if you need to pick up something standard quickly, know what you're getting, and don't need any help.
