Love MBody Pilates! Meredith is an excellent instructor. She keeps an eye on all of us, making sure that our form is correct. She’s fun, engaging, and has a wide variety of exercises to work our entire body.

Can’t say enough great things about Meredith at M.Body Pilates…I am an older class member and she is always helpful, patient and encouraging ..always willing to help me make adjustments when needed…she is so knowledgeable and makes exercise challenging but also fun…I highly recommend Meredith!
